these subs are not bassy at all so if your looking for a lot of bump these arent for you but just some extra bass then its good and the price is right

Surprising performance

needed bass & saw the super low price along with a few positive reviews . I took a chance and ordered the $69 pkg . Granted it will not take the place of a "brand-name" product , it does deliver surprising performance for very little cash . Past experience said to adjust gain to @ 3/4 and the low pass to @ 150 . Dead on!- made the Cougar thump!Filled the lows nicely and really enriched the sounds of the Audiobahn 6x8's . Give an orphan a break and take a chance on this low priced performer. Gave it a 5 as the install is still new .Durability unknown.

I was very suprised with this setup. The system is small but gives great bass. I had my doughts at first, but once installed in the customers car I was impressed. You have to tune it just right so it won't echo, but this small amp included does pack a punch. Looks great too. The sub is rated at 400 watts but performs very well. I would suggest this package to anyone looking for a great little system that sounds big for the money.

Decent Power for price

A friend of mine bought this set recently. we hooked it up and it sounds decent.. i dont think i would recommend it if you want a lot of bass, but for the price it's not that bad.. and it comes with everything needed for installation.. not too bad.

nice set up

This set up is very nice for the price but it is not loud or thumpy. If you want it to be loud or thumpy i would reccomend you put it in a ported box. It does tight clear accurate bass at lower volumes in its sealed box. The amp is nice but lacks the features of other lower end amps. The box this comes with is excelent quality! I would reccomend this if your just looking to make your system have more speaker bass not the "thump factor"

best value for the buck

This will have you cars sound quality improved, at such a great price too. Now your speakers can focus on the highs and mids and get decent bass out of this sub. if not focused on loudness but quality for the average joe. this is the sub package for you.

Great Package!

I bought this for my fiance`, and we love it. The amp may look small, but it packs a punch. I would recommend this package to anyone looking for bass on a budget.

great for the money

my friend put this his ext cab truck and it beats. it is worth the money. i recommend it if you want to add some bass to your car.

good setup, not so loud thugh

Pretty decent setup, but not very loud. Save up and buy something better. Great value if you want a good sounding system, rather than a loud one.

I installed this kit in my ext cab s-10 and it sound excellent. this sub and amp is a great for your first and will not disappoint.

Bass on a budget

I recently ordered this for my roommate. We hooked it up and it sounds nice. U have to fine tune it at the amp and on your radio for maximum sound. Great buy, but if your looking for something with alot of bass this is not for u.

This item isn't a "brand name" but it puts out what you need. it is definitely worth its price. if you are looking for a first time little boost of music for your car this is the way to go.
