ok

this subs aren't very good. they are very cheap and break fairly easy. I would recommend them if you cant afford anything any more expensive. I would try to go ten more dollars and get better subs.

Failure

I bought this kit in the beginning of December 2007. This has to be the biggest waste of money i have ever seen. It is almost decent for very small areas like small truck cab or if you're locked in someone's trunk. The amp isn't clean and will not handle any sound processing like an EQ or Crossover. Save your money because buying this is like flushing money down the toilet.

Nice, but small

I have owned this Sub and Amp combo for a few months..I learned that you need to get a bigger AMP. The Amp on this is too small and the Sub has NO power with it. I have shorted out the AMP..I bought a Lightning Audio one and it Works great.

decent.

i have this bass package in my isuzu pickup and it isn't that great. i definitely wouldn't recommend it. it doesn't hit hard at all and the sound is muffled. the amp is way to small and can't power the 12" efficiently. i suggest this to someone who doesn't want alot of bass.

Just the right touch

I was looking for something small to top off my BMW audio system. I listen to classical music a lot and i can hear everything perfectly except the cellos. I didn't want MTX's in my truck blasting all my highs away, making me have to purchase another amp to hear over the bass. This bass package was perfect. I can hear the beat not feel it, which is what i wanted. If you want something i could hear slightly but not distinctly.

Awesome Value

You have to use the low input on this. For 50 bucks, it is absolutely unbeatable. I have great bass even with the stock head unit in my 91 subaru.

If you are on a budget and looking to add bass to your car stereo, this is for you. If you are looking to wake up your neighbors with bass, it is obviously not.

extermely mediocre

The sound quality is a bit muddy, but if you want a subwoofer sized big enough to hit lows with a built in amp, this is what you need. However, in comparison to a 200w Bazooka 8" powered subwoofer enclosure, I'd take the bazooka. The 8" bazooka sound quality is far better than the visonik 12, and probably misses the low of the 12" by about 15 Hz. I think Bazooka put much more research and development and product engineering into their product than visonik did, "computer tuned" or not.

okay for the money

I bought this bass combo looking for some quick cheap bass. Thats pretty much all I got for it. The amp does overheat and is entirely too small. For someone that's never installed a system before and this is your first bass system, it would be good and easy to learn on. But as far as power goes, it really doesn't cut it. For the money I paid you can't beat it.
