Great system especially for the buck.

First when I bought this system I wasn’t really confident about it because of the negative reviews but for the price I had to test it out myself and let me tell you it was well worth it. I guess the guys that wrote the bad reviews received a bad batch or something because my system really thumps especially for the price I paid.

I recommend this package to all the players ballin on a budget.

Great Subs

These subs are great. They sound good, look good, and FEEL good. The amp is pretty decent, as well. It's an AB class, so it generates a fair amount of heat, which isn't a problem, unless you mount it under a seat, so you'll probably need to keep it fairly open to air. But, overall, this is a great deal.

What a lot of people don't realize, is that you don't need two-thousand dollar sound systems, you just need an excellent installation. The installation makes a HUGE difference in sound quality. For this price, it's a STEAL. (If you own an SUV, and want to put the subs in the back, you may need a little more wire). That's all.

I didnt buy this exact kit, I think the one I got is a little older but I must say I've had them for over a year and a half now and they still sound amazing! My mirrors shake like crazy! And judging from that I think it would be safe for me to say that this kit will not dissappoint! Definitely perfect for beginners!

Cheap and loud

I ordered this sub and installed it in my jeep wrangler i loved it so much I bought a second one for my for flex because the factory sub is too weak but I decided to write the review because when I called with a question about the order the gentleman I talked to was very helpful with my question the only down side is that the wiring kit is very basic I had to spend $90 on parts for the wrangler to get it to work so if you need parts it would be cheaper to buy a wire kit best buy has them for $75 and the kit includes better wire than what is included (in my opinion) but the price is great for the quality I would recommend this for a budget bass upgrade

Nice buy for a starter....

Well this system is great for the price, now in my opinion the amp that came with this system was whack...it was 500watts!, so I had to use only one "12" because that was all it could carry, but with a good amp connected to it, its gonna hit pretty good, and the box is not too big so u still will have plenty of trunk space left.....but non the less it was a good first system....(it's a shame within a month my system was stolen tho), but u may wanna buy another wiring kit also. The ones that came with it was kind of thin. But I used them anyway.

Great for begginers

I bought this Package on 20121220, at the time it was all i could afford. It comes with ever thing you need to start out with. I was bothered about buying it with some of the reviews I saw but I was like what the hell I'll try it. I'm glad I got it because for the money I had and with the little knowledge I had about systems it was great. When you can pay well over a 100 dollars for an amp along A little after buying I took the 2 subs out and replaced them with 2 Duel 12" from Walmart. A week later I bought a audiopipe txx bf-15 in a box at 2400peak and 1200 watt RMS, I'm even using the same amp to power the 15" untill my new amp I bought from here comes in tomorrow. Well the point of it is if you read this to the end is: YOU CANT BEAT THIS FOR THE PRICE, don't knock it, its a hell of a deal. If your just getting into car audio and your on a tight budget you need to get this. TOTALLY happy with this product.

Sounds awesome! not long lasting.

I bought this package about a year and a half ago, it was cheap and i was pretty happy when i got it. it wasn't hard to install (seeing as i knew nothing of cars) and they pounded pretty hard when i got em working. the amp was small so all of the power could only come out of one side sadly, but it still sounded great. i had to do minimal work and tuning on it for the better part of that year and a half and i was happy with them. 3 months ago though they just completely crashed. i have no sound whatsoever coming through them, and i wasn't sure if it was the amp or subs or wiring, i recently bought a new 1200 watt amp becasue i assumed i burned out the small 500, and it still didn't work! so i now know i blew them, and they sounded great for the price you got em for, but it can't handle that much pounding for too long. If your looking to go cheap and not have them for a long amount of time then go ahead and get this package, but if your looking to have some longer lasting subs then just go with the more expensive stuff.

I had this set up in my blazer and its great for the price but you do need a better wiring kit. Other wise well worth it.

Great Equipment and great price

I put this in the back of my 1997 z28 camaro today and it sounds fantastic. don't believe the bad reviews, what people don't understand is that you have to break in the subs before feeding them real juice. i've got this 500 watt amp hooked up and it sounds good, but obviously that's not enough power for 2 twelves. after a few days of getting these broke in i'm going to hook up my 1200 watt XPLOD amp. and the box fits great under my hatchback. i had a 10" visonik single in box 500 watt sub before and it did great until i overpowered it. these are even better. I recommend these to everyone!

Subs ok

Do not recommend it. I recommend to save up and buy a P3 12" rockford and build a box and buy the amp separate. The subs and amp blow.

do not buy

this package gives you the worst subs i have ever heard, they say 300 watts rms but they really mean 50 watts rms, my friend has 8 inch subs with a crappy amp and they hit way harder then these subs. if i were you i would save up my money and buy namebrand stuff, like alpine.

cheap for a reason

Bought them cause they were cheap not wanting nothing too crazy in my single cab truck, installed them and noticed i never got the bass boost cable, contacted Sonic and they quickly replied to me with visoniks contact info. Terrible customer service from visonik, will now be switching to pioneer.
All that aside i was very happy with Sonic Electronix customer service!

works great

Good value, but I wasn't looking to rattle the neighbors windows. I've had loud stereos in the past, and this time I was wanting to get good sound in my thirty five ft motorhome. It takes a good amp and speakers to fill that size space with decent sound. This package did the job and at a good price.

Great Deal Great Price!

This package worked out perfect for my civic. Not too loud but enough bass to shake my car. The enclosure is shallow so it doesn't take up to much space and the amplifier is also compact. It also came with an installation kit and bass knob.

dont waste your money

lasted about 3 days, amp is tiny with poor construction, voice coils on both subs tore to shreds once i tried to feed them some power, nothing but a headache..although the slim box is nice...

Pure Bass

Now this is a real setup.... my neighbors hear me coming from down the street. My ears have never heard subwoofers to clean, and loud.

Good Deal

This is my first sub set and it is very good. for all tho the amp is a little under powered and gets hot fairly fast but it is very easy to hook up and the only things you need with this set is a power line fuse if you are hooking up the power to the battery and maybe a longer ground wire depending on your car/truck and wear is a good ground spot for your amp is and one more thing if your thinking if this is a good system for a stock head unit it is. you just got to get a good wire to RCA converter i got the PAC SOEM-T and it all works together great. So if your looking for a good cheap system this is it.

Not bad!

This bundle pack bangs for the price. It's not the best system I have ever heard, but if your on a budget you can't go wrong this.

total waste

This was the first sub/amp i ever bought. total waste, ive learned not to be cheap anymore cuz u get wat u pay for. super weak sound and the amp it came with overheated and blew the subs in 6 days! worthless!

You Get What You Pay For

Don't expect anything thumping with these subs. The wiring it comes with is too weak and it blew my amp. The amp lasted me one month before it just blew.
Visonik is a "W****** Brand" car audio producer. Don't go cheap when buying subwoofers. Brand names are better.

Dont buy

I got this sub package about 3 months ago and my amp stopped working 2 months ago!! It sounded like crap before it stoped working. Most people didn't even realize I had subs in my car.
