Good Buy
I've had two of these subs for about 8 months running off only a 500.1 Phoenix Gold Class D amp, and they hit extremely hard in my Ford Ranger. These are very good, I recommend this sub because it has won three local bass competitions and can be heard 2.6 miles away! And the other reviews about the voice coil messing up and stuff, it never happend to me.

Awesome buy for the price
I just wanna say this thing pound wicked even at low volume. I just got two of these a week ago. They are hooked up in parallel/series to a 2400watt pyramid pb-1836gx in a sealed box and i was pleasantly surprised at the resulting boom i know they are not the best out there but you can not beat the db's that come out of these beautiful looking subs if hooked up correctly. I will be reporting back on their progress as i continue to enjoy the rumble in my stomach from 2000 watts of a german concept.

Great!!
These Sub's are awesome! I have two of these hooked up to a Volfenhag 2000 watt Amp in a bandpass enclosure and they are great. The bass it nice and tight and they hit so hard. Don't believe what all the stereo shops tell you about this company making crappy products... they look good and sound excellent. You can't get a better sub for the money.

Great speaker
Ive never owned them, but did much riding in a Nissan Hardbody with a pair in sealed boxes being pushed by a 2 channel 1,000 watt kenwood amp. Unbelievable, you would think the truck had competition subs running.

Great Buy
I have 2 of these subs with a JBL BP600.1 amplifier and it couldnt sound any better. No distortion and extremely great sound quality for how loud they get.

volfenhag
I have the 12inch volfenhag 1200watt hooked up to a 1000watt amp and its hooked at 2 ohms and it hasnt blown yet or even showed a sign of it. I also recently purchased the 10" version and have that also hooked up to the same amp on the second channel at 2 ohms. These subs are better than alot of subs out there. I know for sure they are way better than a kicker cvr 10 or 12. I can prove it. The magnet size is way bigger than alot of 10s or 12s. Come listen to my system and everyone will think twice about any other subs around the price of a volfenhag.

Great Sub
I was lookin into buying subs for my civic after i blew out a friends alpines with my 2000se boss amp. I have em wired at 2 in a series(yes i did my own installation, its better to know what is going on with equipment such as amps and subs) and after i let a tone cd break them in and played with my volume low, the subs were ready for some serious pounding. Great buy for the price. I would recommend these.
Great buy

more the better
I have owned these subs for a year now, and they are still thumping. I first started out with 2 subs, that I decided to get 2 more. It is a great value. Especially having 4,000 watts of power in the trunk. Just make sure you know how to hook up a dual voice coil before installing them in a box.

volfenhag 10" and 12"
READ THIS!! ... this is a real review from a real person that has owned a couple pairs of these subs before. These subs are good budget subs and they can hit pretty well but they are not 1000 watt subs, if you hook 1000 watts to them they will blow and will blow fast, you will burnt the voice coil putting too much watts to them and you will smell them right before they start to give out. If you start to smell them burn turn them off for awhile and you can play them again in another hour. I don't know the real wattage for them they can handle but test what they can handle slowly and don't put too much to them at once.

Great sound, Poor quality
I had this subwoofer for 2 weeks, running an actual 500 watts RMS to the sub, and as you can tell it lasted 2 weeks. The sound was incredible, very deep bass, a little distorted, but over all sounded great.. where they get you is the quality.. it is a good buy for 55 bucks, just determine how much you are able to spend then get the best you can afford... i have learned this the hard way many of times.

So I used to have a couple of 12" duals but they kinda sucked... nothing i upgraded to these and couldn't have been more impressed with what i got for my money...
Yeah.. i know they ain't the best out there but for the money trust me this is the best in the price range!

So-So
Although I don’t own them, my friend does. He has two of these. They get loud as anything! If the volume is at half it is uncomfortable to breathe…. If your looking for an obnoxiously loud system which you wont be able to decipher any of the words this is the system for you.
The sound quality is terrible on these. If your looking for a system which will sound good… do yourself a favor and don’t go with these spend the extra $20 and get something better.

Hard hitters
I put a set of these in my girlfriends car being pushed by two jbl 300w rms amps and i am almost jealous these are clear and deep at low frequency and are unlikely to distore as long as you are with range of the rms. these reached a db of 141. that is unbelievabe for the money. I guarantee you will not find a sub which will outperform for the money

Great sub!
I just bought this sub about a month ago and have no problems with it at all. I have it paired up with a Boss RT1500D amp and the thump in my civic it awsome! Couldn't be happier!

great buy for me.
i bought two of these subs about 3 months ago and they hit really good. I push them pretty hard with rap music and after all the use I am still thumping nicely. Dual voice coils are good if you have a good installer because I did not understand dual voice coils at first.

Great Sub!!!
I have 2 of these subs running off a 2400 watts max Volfenhag Amp (400 x 2ch @ 4ohms) in a sealed box and they hit real hard. I bought them around a year ago and they are still thumping! I have it in a Mazda 626 and the trunk rattles like hell when i have the volume at 20. One time i was looking for a spot to park at my college campus and i triggered around 3 or 4 car alarms when my volume was at 30 and playing a rap song (the funny thing is that the cars were not close to me, they were pretty far away) . Overall, these subs are great for the price. I would recommend these subs for anyone who doesn't want to spend a lots of money for hard hitting subs.

This subwoofer is ok...
I have owned this subwoofer for approximately one month and am not satisfied. It pounded tremendously hard for a while, until the voice coil blew. Save up for a better sub such as a pioneer 306c (editor note: Kicker 05S12L54 would be a better choice. The Pioneer TS-W306C is an entry-level subwoofer).

Goods subs.
If you don't have much money to be spending on car audio, but you want something that sounds good...go with these.
I have 2 of these in my 1989 Camaro powered by a RF Punch P5002 amp. They are clear with no distortion at all. They actualy hit so hard they will pop open my rear hatch of my car. They sound good for all types of music from Rap to Country. They are eye candy as well. You will have people asking about them if they are visable.
A good buy in my opinion for the money.

Truth
Most don't know but with any sub you need to break in any sub you get and has to be hooked up in the right way. If you just put the juice to most any sub right off the top it'll cook the coils but I had 2 of them and they beat hard I had like 2000 wats hooked up in series running about 3/4 away, turned up and adjusted outright and never had one problem for the cost quality you cannt beat it
damm
These subs hit hard as all can be..... for a while i had these subs for 2 days and then they blew, i wouldnt recomend these save your money and get something better

Hard Hitting Subs
These subs are really beefy. The double stacked magnet adds a lot of strength and power to the subs. Just make sure you have enough power to push them cause they won't sound near as good without it.
