boguht these w/ the 650 pair

again.. I saw these were actually MB Quart speakers with the WCC logo .. I don't care much for WCC though but here I saw that I could buy MB Quart component set for $44, and I was sold. you can get front and rear mb quart system for $79 shipped (grab the 650 pair with these).. makes a nice system so far running them off a 4 ch quart amp basically a full quart setup but at a way cheaper deal. that's the way to go

worth the time? worth the money?

They are definately a cheap way to replace your factory setup. The crossovers dont have any settings to choose from but hey, they are fine. I bought 2 sets. They should last until i get better ones

WCC 6.5 comps.

These speakers look like Mb quarts. Well the RnD is Mb quart. Haven't really tried them out. But when I do i know I won't be let down. Mb quart is audiophile in my view.

Audiopile quality cheap

I bought these because they handle the power I was looking for and are made by MB Quart. I put these for the front stage in a 1987 Mustang GT convertible. 80 mph with the top down and volume at 15/40 I hear everything. I paired these with a ppi 520.4 Ion amp for that 90s sound set up. Currently pushing about 65w per channel to them but I am sure they will handle more after breaking in.

Decent setup

Good speaks for the money. They need a bit of power though, my head unit isn't quite up to the task.

Great Sounding Component System

I purchased this component system with good mind of what they can do according to the specifications and are a great match with my sound system.
Easy to install and look amazing!
Thanks West Coast Customs for a great product and Thanks to Sonic Electronix for a fast and prompt delivery.

kcrispy as finnukc

I would definitely recommend deezz, paired them with the 6 1/2 2ways.
Haven't put them on an amp yet, but a whole new warmth and clarity, great with my midbasses.
412s, 6, 6.5s, 12 horns

4 of da 6.5s are these and tha 2way coaxial dat match.

A great value

Ordered these speakers to upgrade the the factory set in my jeep. Work great , can hear the difference right away. Installing a 5 channel amp this week to see what these babies can really do. If installing in a jeep make sure to watch Allan's video on YouTube, it helps a ton. Only issue I had was the mounting screw holes are very close to the woofer, I screwed one too tight and gave a distorted sound, had to remove it again and loosen it. Works great now.!!

Get what you pay for does not apply in this case

Ok first the price is high for rebranded quarts. Secondly they have zero midbass. And finally I'd like to say if you wanna spend 75$ get another brand with a wider range of sound.

Cheaply made

I purchased these because they seemed to be able to handle a lot of power and I just wanted to replace my factory speakers. As soon as you open the box you can tell they're cheap because its really lightweight and mostly plastic holding it together. After install they perform just slightly better then factory. With my head unit from pioneer they sound good anywhere with the volume from 5-25. 30-40 speakers will start to distort especially with heavy bass. I have 2 10in subs in the back so I don't necessary need bass from the speakers. so I have it tuned down a bit. but the mid bass isn't great either. I will be replacing these with some kickers soon.
