Don't think about it - just buy it!
I got this yesterday, I'm SO impressed. Tiny laundry area, this was the best possible solution because it folds into almost nothing when not in use. It's super sturdy and I can do touch up ironing on it while pulling things from the dryer and hanging them. Also I unpacked and assembled in about 5 minutes. Didn't even need the hubby's help!
