Good product, does the job.
The inverter works well. I was able to hook it up to our refrigerator, freezer, one space heater and several lights without any issues while running off our car battery during the Sandy power outage for 3 days. So it paid for itself with the food it saved. It seemed to max out at around 1200W-1300W. But that could be the other appliances taking up more bandwidth than advertised. Overall I am happy with it.

Works Beautiful
As soon as i recieved my 1600 watt unit, i set up a demonstration to show how it will work. I connected it to a portable 'car-starter' battery, then the output to a table lamp and the kitchen 20" tv. Both worked Perfectly. I explained that with a winter 'ice-storm black-out', we will watch the NEWS on tv, under kitchen house lights, with electric provided to keep the furnace controls powered and working. The main power supply will be a Marine Deep Cycle large battery. We'll be warm and snug as a bug, while surrounded by cold darkness, till the main power is restored, all thanks to the WHISTLER 1600. Thank You.

Every thing I hoped for!
I drive a truck for a living and needed an inverter to power my TV, Microwave, DVD player ect... It powers with no problem I am very happy!

Whistler prow 1200w and pro 1600w
It's a great product. .I purchased 2 of them from sonic electronix and they seem to work great..I do Pdr and I use it to light up my light and heat gun. .I recommend it. .for the price u can't beat it..Thanks..
