No more voltage drops!!

I normally do not write reviews but I just had to for this item. This battery has completely stopped my voltage drops. I have 3 amps, a mono block, a 2 channel, and a 4 channel amp. 1000 rms 1 channel, 80x2 2 channel, and 50x4 channel. My car which is an 2003 Nissan Altima has a 110 amp Alternator. I am running about 1300+ rms watts and previously, my voltage would drop to 11.8 on my hardest hitting song. After upgrading the big 3 and installing this battery, my voltage does not drop below 14 at idle. I highly recommend this product if you are running anywhere between 1000-2000 rms and you are experiencing voltage drop.

XP Power XP950

I use this battery as the first battery in my wifes 1997 Honda Civic Si and was told by XP Power not to use it as a first battery, it works amazingly its as great as the XP Power XP3000 I have in my 1987 IROC-Z 5.7.

powerful little dude!

......put in a cooler radio. Pushes anything all day with juice to spare. Highly recommend. Its pushin a dj marine 4ch amp... 4 jbl 6200... pioneer 9600bt... leds. Juiced up to 13.9 v. Played all weekend. Still had 12.6!!

all u need for hours of fun

Well I do alot of sitting around at softball games with 2 hours in between some games and this battery is no joke with amps on, inverter, tvs and ps3. It runs it all for hours I use battery isolater so all that runs strictly off my XS battery.

I got this product, to add extra punch to my sound system. it has done a great job, creating less strain on my alternator. keeping my headlights from dimming, while adding continuous power to my amp.

Great battery, puts out the power you need, got it on a 1200 watt setup. No dimming lights and the car have more current. My voltage does not go below 13 volts when playing music. Get a battery isolator for your setup

It's a beast

Not big as the ones the guys on youtube get, but it holds its own against some pretty serious bass... very recommended. Had it on a 1600w cab amp with no electrical issues or dimming lights...

WORTH IT!

I have this installed as a second battery in the trunk for my 2003 Nissan Altima SE. I also have a XS3400 as the main battery & a Mechman 270 G series HO Alternator. I have a 2 pair of temporary Infinity Kappas for the interior powered by an XR-4S and an SI MK IV 12 powered by a HD700/1. The result is very good. hits harder.. more precise and no strain on my electrical system. Now ...I can't wait to put in my Class A Genesis Compact Four with and XDi 11001 powering my Hybrid Audio system front stage. Very much recommended! Make sure you upgrade your power / grounds to 0/1/2 AWG - and you are in business. Highly recommended.

Dual battery system

I purchased a pair of the XP950 batteries to change out to a dual battery set-up in my truck for lights and stereo.
I didn't realize how small they are so I decided to keep the main battery and install both the XP950's and run them together.
I now have three batteries under the hood and run a Cole-Hersee Smart Isolater for load sharing between the batteries.

Great battery

This is a great purchase. I am running a brx2400.1 in my 02 f150 on 2 12's. This one battery keeps my voltage above 13 volts while driving and above 12.8 when sitting still. I am now running two that keep voltage at a fairly constant 14.4 unless I'm sitting still when it may drop to 13.7.

The first XS xp950 I bought leaked after the first 6 months of use. Had to have it recycled. There may be that risk or it could have been a fluke.
