Carpet review

Good product, have used it on consoles, internal firewall, pretty much everywhere except high traffic

Not for use on enclosures

If you're carpeting an enclosure, buy a "backed" carpet. You will lose your mind trying to cut through this stuff with a razor, and it's to darn stretchy to make clean seems. It looks nice, but if you have any wood dust around...or practically anything, it will stick to it, and have fun vacuuming it :(

Awesome!

I have used this on so many; boxes, interiors, door panels it's crazy. And I'm still on my first roll haha. It's a great fabric and it stretches and doesn't tear so you can get that really nice tight fit when you want it. And it's super easy to keep clean.

A little on the thick side

It is thick and strong. It will hide a lot but not as clean to work with as the stuff you can get from parts express. It is thicker than most factory box carpet.

Works

This was my first time covering with carpet. Was easy to cut, stretch and glue. Finished up my project nicely.

Good stuff

This stuff seems kind of cheap at first, it almost seems like a thick felt rather than a carpet. But once you get to applying it, it's actually pretty nice. It stretches very well and gives you a very good end product. Just make sure to load it up with staples, not just adhesive. Overall it's worth the money, plus you get more than enough for most simple enclosures. Would recommend.

best quality carpet I've ever bought this is not cheap and see through and thin it is high quality thick very easy to work with and a great price start buying xscorpion carpet you will not regret it!!!!

It looses

The only carpet I buy!

Very nice carpet, would highly recommend it for sub boxes. I used this with 3M Super spray adhesive and it created a strong bond to the wood.
