Xscorpion Tape

This is probably the best double sided foam tape I have found in years. I use this primarily in the Rc Heli hobby. And I use it almost every day. The parts I use it on stay put. It is easy to use, a fantastic value for the amount I got. And it also works quite well for vibe reduction for layering underneath my $500 flybarless control units.

Amazing tape for the price!

I purchased this tape 6 months ago and i can say that everything that i've applied it to is still in place! I've used this tape for several things, but mostly for electronic use. Such as mounting homemade devices in enclosures, and various other "daughterboards" to the motherboard for added security and durability.

Pros:
Great tape. Honestly. This stuff is VERY tacky and is easy to work with. It's also thick enough to use, in my cases, for electronics. It's thick and dense enough to not allow any sort of shorts or static discharge.

The product also makes a real nice seal against air! I have not tried it with anything liquid though, so i can't vouch for that.

Cons:
Only one thing i do not like about this product. The red tape on the outside is a MASSIVE pain to remove. Once you unroll the tape, cut the piece to size, and apply the exposed side to where you want it the red tape covering the other sticky side is VERY hard to get off, still. I find myself taking a razor blade and sort of poking the middle, and prying the red covering off. It's the only way i've managed to get the red covering off the adhesive. That also tells you how strong the adhesive is!

Reason for rating the "Ease of Use" a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the above mentioned issue. Other than the red covering on the other side of the adhesive, everything is great and really easy to work with!
