Product arrived quicker than expected, to Canada no less! Works as described, eliminated engine whine all together, which was very prominent.
should note however, the PAC CSS-12 IS WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH "Xscorpion NS80", didnt want to take any chances.

I bought 2. They cut out. I thought my amp was messed up. Turns out. Bad product. Buy a higher model.
