good quality wire crimps

I chose to buy these because of the price and quantity compared to the Rockford Fosgate crimps I was looking at. I was a little leery at first since they were so cheap but they worked really well with the crimping tool I also purchased from Sonic. I wanted to solder my connections but don't have a soldering gun so I chose to crimp and has worked great so far, nice tight crimp and passed the pull test every time. I used them installing my mothers Rockford P1000.1 bd and 2 RF T1D412's and will be using them to install my 2nd battery,RF 10 farad capacitor, RF T2500.1bdcp,P500.2,P500.4 and a P400.4 in my own truck. I would highly recommend these crimps.

platinum ring terminals

i decided to get platinum ring terminals over gold after watching a SonicElectronix.com video about OFC and CCA wires. the gold terminals dont flow electric current as well as platinum. easy decision. fit the wire perfectly. much cheaper than buying at local stereo shop.

ring terminals

Cheapest 4awg ring terminals i could find and they work just fine. I used the flat xscorpion 4awg wire... Fits fine.

Not bad for the $$

Works as it should. Very stiff though and will need a big pair of crimpers.

The right way to crimp

Using these with a quality crimping tool can stop frustrating wire pulling out problems. I switched over from allen key clamp type connectors to ring terminals wherever possible. Sonic has the best price on these by far, you cannot go wrong.

Good connector

So far seems good quality. Using 4 gauge lightening audio copper tinned wire and rf 4 gauge pure copper. 4 gauge wire seems little small for connector. This connector might be big enough for 2 ga wire but not alot of 2 ga wire out there.....overall I am satisfied with these connectors. 10 for 7.00 dollars you can't go wrong....good price. I bought the 2 sets silver jacket and the blue jacket packs, 20 all togettogether. I should not have to buy 4 ga power battery connector for a long time.

Work...

product works as advertised. The rubber sleeve is a little loose does NOT move around when on, but pulls off easily when handled. I would buy and use again.

good terminals

work just as they say make sure you know how big your bolt size is because these terminals are kinda small but work good for smaller bolts

Good for the $$

Does what it should. No complaints. Only minor detail is that it's marked as a positive terminal. It's got a sleeve to work on either post, so it works for +/-.

Poor design

I didn't have a problem with these, but is just extremely cheaply made and I even broke one in half crimping them. You get what you pay for I guess.
