Good

I ended up buying two of these to help my amp from shutting up while it was mounted under my seat. Especially in the Vegas heat these things work Ok for the job. Haven't really had any trouble so I would recommend to buy at least two.

not well built

Worked great at work until I got serious.bass that sound.waves bent the fans from air pressure fan started making rubbing nose got annoying eventually broke

Good Value

This item worked as described and was a better value. Much easier to place than other fans that would require custom mounting.

Poor Quaility

I got 2 of these and after about 4-6 hours of use they both broke and stopped moving air all together. Not worth getting.

What else could you ask for? It blows well; moves a decent amount of air, and fit the install perfectly.

good product

kept my audiopipe 1800D in good condition. the amp is in the back of my durango so you will hear the fan running but trust me!! its not bad if you only bought it to really pay attention to the noise it makes. meaning it wont bother you. (((i told my friends if they hear it and they just look at me like if im the only one hearing things lol..)))

needed a good fan to keep my hifonics brutus elite 2500 cool im runing it to four hifonics subs working it pretty hard so need to keep it kool. Fan works great

Powerful fan!

I didn't actually have to install this on my setup, but I did try it out, I will say that this thing moves a good deal of air. It's impressive. Not too expensive. If a regular square shaped fan won't work for you, this is a good alternative and does blow pretty well.

Great fan

This product works great for me. Amp kept over heating, installed one of these and now it never cuts out on long drives. Got this for a third of the price on this site, compared to the audio shop i went to. Thanks SE!

Great Fan

Blows a lot of air but is fairly loud. Gets the job done but would recommend installing a switch to turn it on and off for when you are not listening to the stereo or it will stay running 24/7

Solid Fan For the Price! Happy Customer!

This fan provided what I was looking for; something solid, easy to hook up, provided enough air flow to keep my amp cool! I have a 2000 watt amp and live in the south, keeping that in a closed trunk can destroy it real quick. Don't risk ruining your equipment, get this it will help and is really simple to incorporate in your system!

Does what it should do, half the price of the Stinger fans.

I ordered this to get my 5-channel amp through the hot summers in the greater Phoenix area. It was half the price of the similar fan from Stinger, and for that price I could have ordered two. No need - this one is whisper quiet, mounted it to my amp rack with no problems, and draws so little current that it runs off of the 12V current from my 10A fused power outlet. No instructions came with it, so if you don't know what you're doing with 12V accessory installs, this may not be for you.

Works good caused static in speakers

The fan works great, but for whatever reasons it causes a lot of static in my speakers. Thinking its because the fan is a little loud when running.

noisy, works

the xscorpion badges on the front are seperate metal pieces that aren't rigid at all. 2 of the 3 unis i purchased like to rattle the badge. pushing in on the badge to slightly bend it helps a little, but it will soon go back to rattling. Otherwise a good product, moves some air, doesn't introduce noise into the system while running, just typical fan noise they themselves create. turning everything off will produce a little backfeed static though for about half a second. (i believe a diode will eliminate this, haven't researched it yet to double check)

reliable aquarium cooling fan

I use this fan to blow air across the water in my salt water aquarium. It lasts several years in the corrosive salt water environment, which is great. The TF8 is a great low-cost option for cooling an aquarium. I save all of my old electronic device transformers and I used one that gives a 12V output to power the fan. The only other cost is the need to add distilled water to the aquarium every few days to make up for the increased evaporation.

Gets it done.

I had one of these before and just like this one it got the job done, fan can be a bit noisy at low volume install a toggle switch and only use it when your jamming. I also notice some noise from vibration but sound deadening mat took care of that, got this for less than half the price I paid before from another seller. Thanks sonic.

Pushes air perfectly!

I only use Xscorpion with all my installs.. I have these fans on all my amps in the trunk. Hook a rely witch to it and your golden! Great air flow and never broke down on me. Saved my amps from the summer heat Quality product!
