Got an error message when you try to enter your Code? Don't fret! Reach our team by phone at 1 (502) 200-8010 or sales@sonicelectronix.com for help. These are some reasons why an error message might come up:
- You’ve already used your Code to make a purchase, and you’re trying to use it again.
- Your Code can only be used for the first purchase at SonicElectronix.com, but you’ve already made a purchase with us.
- You haven’t reached the minimum order total your Code requires. (The order minimum is based on the “Price subtotal” line of your cart.)
- Offers aren’t valid on certain brands, categories, and products, and you’re trying to use your Code on something that’s been excluded.
Excluded Brands, Categories, and Products
As stated above, some brands have restrictions on us offering promo codes or advertising discounts online.
