not bad

Used this on a small dual amp system and it got the job done 4 awg is 8 and the 0 awg is really 6. Wouldn't use it for anything over 800 watts.

disappointment

If you need 0-2 gauge wire don't buy this. The O is actually 4 and the 4 is actually 8. the d block and fuses all seem decent. the remote and speaker wire is trash. The rca's are the most bottom of the line. but i guess you get what you pay for. spend the extra 20 dollars

Complete wiring package

My friends are asking where did i bought this amplifier kit, i told them my secret(from Sonicelectronix). They saw how nice my distribution block and fuse holders. The wires are truly in their gauges. And fit for 2 amplifier set-up

Duel amp wiring kit

If you have a subwoofer and 4 chanel amp and need one kit insted of two seperate ones this is what you need. Everything is included for most aplications and easy to use, for its price range its very good and I would recondmend it to anyone.

Does a great job.

I bought this kit about three months ago and just installed it over the weekend. Everything went through perfectly, yet I have only one complaint about the power wire. It's so big that I couldn't even fit it in the supplied battery terminal or my amp's power in. I had to shave off about 1/4 inch of wire to fit it in. I'll probably go to 2 gauge.

Other than that, excellent product for the price!

Exactly what I expected.

This product was great for the money. The 15.5 wire is closer to 2 gauge than 0. The 9.5 mm wire is in between the size of 4 and 8. If you are looking for a kit to wire one amplifier, I would buy this one in case you would like to add another amplifier in the future.

Something fishy

I was planning on purchasing this item to wire in my two amps (Bazooka 500x1 RMS and a Visonik "800w" peak). I am on a tight budget so I was looking for the best bang for my buck. After reading the reviews, I did a little research into the MM sizing of this wire. I have discovered two things. First, I discovered that when they are using MM for wire gauging, they must be using it as MM squared since it is the closest in relation to the chart. Second, it is stated that the 0 Ga wire is "15.5 MM", which would actually make it closer to 5 ga AWG (4ga: 5.19mm, 21.14mm2;
5ga: 4.62mm, 16.76mm2; 6ga: 4.11mm, 13.29mm2) and the 9.5mm would be closer to 7-8ga AWG ( 7ga: 3.67mm, 10.55mm2; 8ga: 3.26mm, 8.36mm2) I am not writing this to discourage the purchase of this kit since it has many great features for the money (Batt. Term, fused Dist. block, H.D. ring terminals), BUT I am writing this because of the notation about it being "true" wire gauging. I have used Scosche products before with no issues, but that was with one amp. Now installing two amps, I want to be sure of how I am wiring them to prevent any issues. After using a conversion chart, I think I will find another kit that IS true AWG!

Great Wiring Kit

My First Wiring kit i ever bought and i have no problems. Got a very clean look. I had amps from 600 watts @ 2ohms to 3500 watts @ 1 ohms connected and didn't have to worry about power or fuses popping!! cheap and affordable!

Works for me.

Works good for the price. Just make sure you don't have a big car that needs long hot leads and you will be fine. The quality of the battery leads is very good.

Great kit !

if you are looking for a complete daul amp kit this will be a good choice, I didn't really need to add anything just a side post terminal for GM and upgraded the power connector. Great deal for the price!

DO NOT BUY AT ALL

Product works of course but has no real copper just a cheap insolation involved. dont be fooled by all of the things it comes with and other reviews. if your spending good money on subs and amp take the time to buy a good name brand wiring kit. it will help you out in the long run

Its alrite

I bought one of these kits a while ago its pretty good wire but its not real gauge the 0 gauge is around 3 gauge a lil bigger than 4 gauge and my kit didnt have the TWO 0 gauge crimp ons that you see in the picture. Overall its good for the price.

Does the Job for me

I'm running 1150 watts and these wires do a great job. If I was running more than 1500 I'd probably go with the kicker kit, but anything below that this kit can and will do a fine job.

great kit everything you need for 2 amps

this is a great kit perfect for a small suv like a blazer or a car or pickup.
heavy gauge power wire supplies awesome power to my MA AUDIO HK401SX great kit
recommend to anyone with an amp that needs a lot of power.

Garbage....

I'm new to car audio so I was confused about the specs, seemed to be okay but this stuff is junk.

I had to buy some 1/0 for my alternator and bought some Kicker by the foot, that's when I realized that this "1/0 awg" is bogus. I never opened the kit so I'm returning it and going with the kicker stuff instead.

Good but not true 0 Gauge

Great wires for the price but if you look at true 0 gauge it is much thicker... But these are quality wire... I would not recommend using these on over 1500 watts

Great value!

Great wiring kit for a dual amp set-up. The wires are nice and flexible, even the 0 gauge bends easily. Fuses included are a bonus.

The only few problems i have are:
split loom is not made for the 0 gauge(which is coincidentally the only one needing split loom in my install)
grommet is too small and in crappy plastic - had to buy my own.
would have loved for them to include some 0 gauge grounds wire with a grounding block.

Best Amp Kit

This is the best amp kit that I ever bought (all the other that i bought lied about their wire gauges). I bought this amp kit and hooked up two Volfenhag ZX-Monoblock amps with two Volfenhag 12" Subs (one amp for each sub) in a sealed enclosure. At 2 ohms, the amp provided 500 watts RMS (which is exactly what my subs' RMS is). Overall, this by far is the best amp kit for anyone who wants to hook up 2 amps.

Good for the price!

I recently bought one of these for my Pioneer set-up. I was looking for an affordable amplifier kit online and came across this one. I had my doubts because of all the things you hear about different products. I ended up ordering it anyways. After the installation, I haven't had any problems with it yet. I'm running a 2,400watt max amp with 2 12" 3,000watt/each subs. Wire hasn't burned up yet and for the price, I'm happy.

I would recommend this product to anybody installing a sound system.

Pros - The kit comes with everything you need. The power cable is easy to use. Remote wire is flexible along with the 2 RCA's, 4 gauge amp wires, and the 12 gauge speaker wire it comes with. The amp also comes with fuses and accessories that you don't need to buy at audio stores.

Cons - The Power and amplifier wires aren't actual gauge. Compared to my friends 0 gauge Rockford Fosgate power wire, the Scosche power wire is smaller. The amplifier wire's Power/Ground are also a bit smaller than his Rockford Fosgate wires.

Other than those small issues, for the price I'd say its worth it. You save a couple hundred dollars using this amp kit and to me, it sounds the same as his $250+ amplifier kit.

0G all the way

I love this power kit. Had many features than more high-end power kits. The only thing I would recommend is to get a gauge adapter that is 0g to 4g so it will be easier and cleaner looking on the battery

very nice for the price

I dont think the wires are quite true gauge wires but not skimpy either, i am running over 1500 RMS on this kit right now with no problems.

Good for the price.

Nice kit for the price, hooked up 2 kicker kx550.3 under the seats of a FJ Cruiser without a cap running at full capacity and it looks and works great with very minimal dimming at full volume. I would definitely buy again if I was building another mid range system around the same wattage.

I paid more elsewhere

And I got less in the package when I installed my last stereo. This is a great deal.'

These wires are QUALITY! I read a full 14.4 on my digital CAP.

Don't forget to use the split loom even though those wires look so sharp under the hood.

thin then was expecting

Wire size is smaller then expected. Don't recommend for amps that need big wire to power them. OK for my application got two cheap Crunch amps.
