I use this iPod remote in my car. It is now easy for me to pause and play audio without having to fumble with the screen while driving.

Not as advertised
the volume control MAY work on an certain iPods, but it didn't with mine. I sent back the first one I got, and it was replaced with another ILuv but the result was the same----- does not control the volume
