Decent Product

Product works well most of the time. The wiring schematic for installation was confusing, some of the I Simple wiring did not match the factory wiring harness, even though the I Simple was model specific. Pros - provides good sound quality. Cons - cannot fast forward songs on IPOD using the stock radio, I Simple freezes when playlist is over, NOT very user friendly. I would not reccomend this product to anyone who is not very electronic savy. It is also complicated to change the source from IPOD to AUX using the stock radio to control the I Simple, and get it to work correctly.
It's also pretty expensive for the quality of the product. Overall, the product works well, but it takes a long time to figure out.

Awesome solution to iPod intergration!

This product is simple to use, works great and feels like it was from the factory. You can charge your iPod/iPhone and play music at the same time. The song titles/artists/albums are displayed on your factory HU and the iPod is all controllable from the HU too. Sonic Electronix price is also the best I found after a lot of research. This is well worth the 109 bucks!

The only word of caution is that GM makes it take a lot of time to remove the radio. Plan on spending 2-3 total hours installing. The time is worth it though. This product is awesome!

Works great - 2006 G6 GTP Convertible

Got this for my wife's 2006 G6 GPT convertible. Works great in ipod control mode. The mode where you can control the ipod with the stock radio works, but its a huge pain. I've found that to be the case with all of these types of adaptors. Overall, works great, haven't had any problems at all.
