Shoddy product, shoddy support
Got my speaker in August, 2013. Worked pretty good. Then this month (Feb) it quite working. Took it back to the AT&T store where I bought it and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer, which I did. They told me the product had a limited 120 day warranty. Four months. The speaker was not even six months old! I complained and they said I may be eligible for longer coverage. I sent them the pertinent information, and I have never heard from them again. I bought two of these for presents, but fortunately it was only two weeks ago. I have already returned them. I'm looking for a product made by a different company. Never again
