The sound isn't so surrounding
I didn't like the way that the produt is fixed inside the ear. I prefer to block sound from outside but with this product isn't possible.
The intensity of bass sound is poor, good for treble though...
To use with answering calls, no problem, but to use with surround music at the gym, I Really didn't like.

Good Sound Quality, Bad Bluetooth Reception
The headset has a really good sound quality, but the bluetooth is sometimes weak on random occasions and sometimes the others complain about bad quality when I'm trying to call them.
