Good buy

I bought this to help me replace the factory wiring with 16 gauge Kicker wire, now this was my first time soldering, after reading articles and watching how to videos on YouTube it went pretty smoothly, may not have been the best looking solder job but I got it done, my only complaint is that I wish the function of the Yellow button would be clearly labeled, I couldn't tell if I had to hold it down or click on to cycle through the heat levels, other than that no complaints, great for starters like me.

Good Iron

It doesn't heat up as fast as they suggest. However, it is so much more powerful than my 40 year old 15 watt unit, I don't care it I have to wait a little. At least it really works.
