A head unit swap must.
This made swapping out my stereo plug and play. No cutting of the factory wiring needed. Would recommend this to anybody changing to a aftermarket stereo.

Good...but not perfect!
I bought it for installing a JVC DVD Player on my Mitsubishi Outlander, no troubles about quality, it's very good, but harness has only 12 wires and 15 are needed to connect Wheel control and antenna booster. I have to buy two pieces and use 3 wires from one harness to put in the other. Problem solved, but the harness could have more wires on it.

Works like a charm
Works perfectly with my Mitsubishi Lancer and Pioneer deck. Didn't have to touch a factory wire. Also solves the color problem by doing the hard work for you.

Basic harness
It does not have the full set of wires so you may have to splice some into the factory harness. For example the factory antenna has a power amplifier so you need to send 12V out on a wire that is not included in this harness.

Ehh
It serves its purpose but fun fact the Lancers without the Rockford fosgate package font have 12v remote on or ground running to this harness so you will have to do this sepreately.
