Kenwood KFC-C1739ie

Awesome Kenwood ie series speakers!!

I put these KFC-C1739ie speakers in the front doors of my sons Acura RSX. I put the Kenwood 6.5 speakers of the same series in the rear, and all around in my daughter's Saturn. All of these Kenwood speakers sound great. My son's are running off a Pioneer head unit DEH P6400 and my daughter's are amplified (she has the Premier model Pioneer head unit DEH P640) off a Pioneer amp. Amped or not, these speakers sound great, very clean. Just look at the frequency response numbers. High quality materials too. They've been using these speakers for 6 months and still love them. They sound just as great as the day we put them in. We live on the bay in Tampa Florida. The air here is VERY humid. No problem with the speakers. Buy some!!!

I absolutely love these speakers. I baught a set of these for my 2000 altima and they sound amazing. I them baught another set for the rear and the music is unbelievably clear. I have them hooked up to an aftermarket panasonic CQ7103U and it drives them. I'm going to get an amp to bring out the mids and highs. I listen to live music and these speakers shocked me at how well they recreate the peter frampton-"Do you feel like I do" break them in before you really crank them up. I will say do not put much bass to them because the woofers will peak out quickly. other than that I give them the highest rating possible.

Great speakers.

Bought these for my friends Nissan Pathfinder as a gift. Installed it in the rear doors. Overall happy with the product. Even though these speakers are somewhat small (comparing to the 6x9 in the front doors), they produce unbelievable sound. Only complaint is that I did not know that an adapter was needed to mount it, as the speaker mounting holes did not fit the stock mounting holes of the Pathfinder. Otherwise, everything was great.

Crisp, clear sound

I've got about 75w rms going to each of these speakers. I can crank them as loud as I want and they still sound great. Probably sound even better once my in-line cross-overs get here.

big improvement

cant even get these in canada...put them in '06 silverado doors. you lose any bass you had with oem speakers, but the sub fixes that, and the mids/highs are so much cleaner, no more mud!

Good speakers at a great price

Nice speakers, good sound, fairly easy to install. The sale price and free shipping was a great deal.
