Meh. Can't complain.
I traded in a different but similar head unit for this one after my first one cracked, Sonic's customer service was terrific, and I was able to get this one to replace the old one without paying too much.
My previous player (now discontinued) was able to play video files off of the USB, but this unit can only play audio from it, which is disappointing because I have a hard drive I keep hooked up to it, and am unable to play the movies from it.
Playing videos that were burnt onto a data CD have a horrible audio-video mismatch, however if you burn the same files on a DVD instead (doesn't have to be in DVD format, just on a DVD disk) the videos will play O.K.
The remote is nice, not really a comfortable grip, but thats not that big of a deal. The volume control and interface is very user friendly and comfortable.
I haven't gotten the blue tooth to connect yet, but I've only tried it with one phone, it might be my phone....
Audio is pretty good quality. I'd recommend this to somebody looking for a cool and stylish dvdplayer to put in their dash.
The DVD output works good to, as long as you set the mode correct, took me a lil' while to figure that one out. If its on the wrong mode the image will appear to be fuzzy, and skip ALOT, but the correct mode for the TV will fix that in a jiffy.
