How do I safely match the 9.5V output to my amplifier?

This unit provides a very high-voltage signal. Start with the gain dials at 25%. Slowly increase while watching the LED Clip Indicator. If it turns red, back off. This ensures a clean signal that won't overheat or "clip" your amp.

My factory radio mutes after I install this. What is the fix?

Your car likely has a "Speaker Detection" circuit. Flip the Load Selection switch to 20-or 60-ohm. This adds the resistance the factory radio expects to see, preventing it from shutting down or throwing an error code.

The amp won't turn on. Which mode should I use?

This unit handles auto-turn-on via DC Offset or Audio Sense. If the Blue wire isn't waking the amp, ensure your radio volume is at least 25%. If it still won't trigger, you must move the amp's remote wire to a switched 12V fuse.

How do I stop the "engine whine" noise in my speakers?

This is a ground loop. Use the Ground Isolation switch to toggle between GND, ISO, and 200-ohm while the car is running. One of these will "break" the noise loop. Also, ensure the Black wire is on a bare, unpainted metal surface.

I’m using this for a sub; how do I set the LPF and Bass Boost?

If powering a subwoofer, flip the LPF switch to ON (250Hz) to filter out high notes. Use the Bass Boost dial sparingly—it adds a fixed 45Hz punch. Too much boost can cause distortion, so tune it alongside your amp's settings.

No auto detect switch on this model, but still works !

We didn’t see an auto detect switch on this model, and it had us worried for a bit but after testing it it turned on automatically, so I guess it’s cool.
