Kinetik Intelligent 120 VAC to 12 VDC Power Converters are state-of-the-art electronic converters / battery chargers. Their compact size and quiet operation gives greater flexibility in selecting the mounting locaiton for either OEM installation or after market replacement.
The Kinetik Intelligent Power Converters have a computer controlled charging module built in. This is a microprocessor-controlled device which constantly monitors the battery, and then automatically adjusts the converter output voltage based on its charge status. There are four (4) operating Modes (Normal, Boost, Storage and Desulfation/Equalize). Each mode is automatically selected by the microprocessor and ensures a fast yet safe recharge for the connected battery.

Perfect for Powering Car Amplifiers Inside A Home!
I've had this power supply for almost 2 years and still performs like it should since day 1. I'm running nothing but car audio equipment inside my room and this power supply makes my car amplifiers properly powered. I've never had a high enough power draw to make the fan turn on and it stays cool all the time. I used to own a pyramid power supply and the fan on the pyramid was simply annoying and interfered with the sound of music. This power supply does not interfere with music, and it makes my audio sound way better than any 'Hi-Fi" considered home systems. If you're wanting flexibility and better sound quality in your room with hooking up car audio inside your home, this power supply will gladly deliver.
