The Roland APC-33 clamp is for use with a V-Drum set or acoustic drum kit. It can be used to attach SPD- and TD-Series percussion pads to a conventional cymbal stand. The APC-33 is compatible with pipe that is between 10.5 and 28.6 mm in diameter. For example, you can attach the APC-33 to the cymbal arm on a Roland MDS-series drum stand (designed for the Roland V-Drums) or to a Roland PDS-15 stand (designed for Roland hand percussion). You can also attach the APC-33 to any standard drum hardware (cymbal stand, tom stand, etc.) as long as the pipe diameter is within the compatible range.
You must use the screws provided with SPD-20 / SPD-S to mount the stand holder attachment to the PDS-15 or APC-33. The product will be irreversibly damaged if you use the mounting screws included with the PDS-15 and APC-33.Use the screws included with the PDS-15 to mount the stand holder to the HPD-15.
