Good product, better deal, best service

I recommend this purchase highly among others for the following reasons: it's functionally convenient and very user friendly. Although it does not come with a manual so I suggest purchasing one or downloading an online version. The online version could use an update or two for better ease of function. Everyone needs a remote starter/ anti theft device. It's great to pre heat or cool your vehicle and as long as the heating / cooling settings are preset the night before then your good to go..literally..lol. Also the onscreen anti theft activity is very accurate and you can bring attention either to or from your vehicle from afar if you find yourself at the grocery parking lot at night and you need to locate your car or if an intruder gets itchy palms and you wanna scare the heck out of him before he lays a hand on it. I purchased two in case one gets damaged they have warranties of course but you can never be too prepared. They are pretty durable for the most part but for the last two that I owned I managed to hit the weak spot breaking off the little antennae cap then exposing the very delicately soderred antennae until each one eventually fell off. So here's for round three and four. The pricing of these items was a deal...a big deal compared to my first replacement purchase from another distributor. Customer service was pretty good and my product came sooner than to be expected especially since I had them shipped over the holidays.

I had broken the original remote that had come with my alarm and was a bit worried about "connecting" the new one to the old alarm. It was simple and took less then 2 minutes. I love this remote, the distance works great and I've always been able to easily change the factory settings by myself. It's a great product.

It's a good remote with long range. It's pretty sturdy but the antenna broke off so I purchased a replacement.
