This product is of very low quality, since the basket frame is made of plastic. The only heat dissipation is the magnet. For crossovers they integrated a small plug in circuit board that mounts to the plastic basket frame. The output quality of the woofer is very poor and the output quality of the tweeter is average. If you compare these to the M661, there is no comparison. The M661 have real quality materials, such as titanium aluminum woofer cone, full size external crossovers, higher power rating and a metal basket frame that will give you superior heat dissipation. The sound quality on the M661 is great, but if you have the money the quality on the S600 HEX series is the best.
I have bought diamond audio components for the past 5 years and the d661i set is one that I would definetly not recommend.
