This is a great product. I have one and it works great. I would recommend it to a 4 year old it is so easy to use.

Great sound, dodgy controls
This unit delivers great sound, given its size, and a really deep bass. On the other hand, I found some of the controls (especially those relating to the radio function) to be cumbersome and clumsy. The way that Sony implementing FM scanning and manual tuning seems ridiculously complicated. Also, the tray on which the iPod/iPhone connects does not seem robust enough. Unlike with other similar units, I cannot connect my iPod with the hard plastic protecting cover - the Sony unit's connectors are too short. Overall, I enjoy the sound coming from it but not the effort needed to get to it.
