Good dongle with one small weakness
This dongle works very well; it is easy to load (it loads its own software) and works with my hearing aids as no other dongle will. HOWEVER, if it is used with a USB port expansion unit, it will burn out and be ruined. This is not specified in the description.

Wireless Blue Tooth adapter Sennheiser BTD500
This product was a pain to keep working. Everytime it seemed like i wanted to use it I had to go the pairing process to get it to connect to my Phonak Compilot for my hearing aids. When I got it connected it worked great. Once you set it up I would have expected it to work, not have to spent so much time debugging it every time and usually ended up going thru the pairing process each time.
