I just finished the installation of this Clarion NX602, and I'm still learning some of the features. So far, this unit is quite possibly one of the best in its class, especially in value!
The installation was in a 2011 Grand Cherokee, which was no easy task, but with a PAC wiring adapter (and great customer tech support) it was as feasible as could be expected for a novice.
Once the unit was installed, the initial set up of the unit was very self-explanatory through the on-screen menus. The touch screen is very responsive, with swiping enabled to change home-screens. I wired up a back up camera as well, which comes on very quickly when the vehicle is placed in Reverse.
The Bluetooth works very well, and loads my missed, received, dialed, and contacts lists into the head unit. The unit promptly mutes music for a call automatically, then resumes when completed.
The ONLY downfall I've found so far is that Pandora will not play from an Android based phone... Apparently that feature is reserved for iphones. Big mistake there Clarion... Very disappointing.
Even with that major drawback, it's still an amazing unit for the money, and as far as speed, I would say it compares with the newest Kenwood models for hundreds of dollars less.

I’ve been using this product now for almost a year. I had a couple of issues with the head unit
But mainly just wiring issues. The navigation works great, never had a problem getting to anywhere I
Wanted. As for the radio , dvd, IPod and the S d card that works really good. I would recommend this product greatly, works really fine.
As for the staff that work at power acoustics, I have but good things to say about them.

after reviewing all the navigation decks..... pioneer, kenwood, alpine, i found this deck to have everything i wanted for a lot better price.
pros- nav works well, hands free works well, perfect fit for my 2004 tacoma and looks factory. excellent sound quality and perfect match for my jl xd 600 and jl tacoma stelthbox..
cons. you better be a rocket scientist to update nav. maps, i tried and failed , screwed up the deck. sent it back to sonic and they sent me a new one know questions asked. so i will take it to a pro next time. thanks

This was the worst buy ever. I bought strictly on price. My first worry was after I had it installed the installer came out and told me that I would not be happy with the product he said that it was too hard to operate. I just figured he was trying to make a sale. Here are the main issues with the unit:
Bluetooth - everyone that I talk to says that they can not hear me. Make sure your phone is on the compatible list. If you have a newer phone you will be out of luck unless you have an iPhone.
GPS - works well but when typing in the address it automatically tries to guess the address. It will grey the letters out that it thinks you do not need and it is sometimes wrong.
Start up - when starting up after it has been off for a while the unit malfunctions and you have to manually shut it off and turn it back on. After the second time it has always worked fine but you have to do this at almost every startup.
Updates - very frustrating with very little instructions on how to update. Once you figure it out it works smooth but don't expect it to be easy.
The installer told me I should have went with a Kenwood or a pioneer. Trust me spend the extra money and do just that.
