Awesome Wire

This wire kit is of the utmost quality. The wire is actually thicker than 0 gauge! I probably only needed 4 gauge wire for my setup, but this ensures maximum safety and power delivery without putting a strain on any of my components. Excellent item.

Great Wiring kit!!!

This kit has some of the best wire I have used. Its true 0 gauge and really flexible. The fuse block is really well made and easy to swap fuse. Over all I would recommends to other people.

The cable is thick and heavy! Decent product! What I actually bought was a "package" it came with a RCA cable as well. I was expecting a 300A fuse but got a 150A.

First thought upon opening this product was the quality the full spec wire is the only way to go really nice fuse block and the ends are already crimped on one end makes it easier to use i have used other products in the past that cost way more money and i dont think they are as nice as nvx its the only way i will go for now on !!!!!!!!!

High Quality Kit

Top of the line amplifier wiring kit. No cutting corners on materials here. Heavy gauge, quality wire. I have it installed with the NVX JAD 1200.1 amplifier and it is the perfect set-up. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with RCAs. High quality, true 0 gauge wiring that keeps everything running efficiently and cool!

Very Good Product

Ive used numerous high end kits in the past and this kit is just as good as any of them, if not better, at a fraction of the cost. The amount of wire is great especially considering what some companies call 0 gauge, this is true 0 gauge. Add to that the fact that its silver tinned and that makes it an incredible product. Its flexibility is also note worthy, especially as most other brands of 0 gauge is fairly stiff. This is a great product.

This RCA cable came with my 0 gauge wire kit, the power cable is good but the RCA cable is just ok. I didn't expect much of the RCA cable for the few more dollars, so its okay.

Amazing Amp kit

The wire in this kit is incredable. It is copper wire with a silver coating around it. It is the most flexible wire of this size that I have ever seen! I even love the 12 gauge wire that comes for the speakers. This is the best kit I have ever purchased hands down. The cons though are it doesnt come with RCA cables, This did not matter to me as I did not need any anyway.

Nice product

I got this to go along with the XKIT44 so I could run 6 channels. The wire portion is nice. It has a nice look, flexibility, and is easy to route. The connecter part isn't the bast I have owned. They aren't gold plated and dont have that heavy feel like some RCAs, and they fit a little loose on the RCA inputs of my amp. I just pinched the ends of the jacks a little, and that made them fit onto my amp's input a bit tighter. Im not getting any kind of interference, dropped signal, or noise caused by the wires, so I would say they work perfectly. This will definitely get the job done and look nice.

Great true 0 guage

This wiring kit is awesome I put it in a nissan sentra and it is super flexible to make tight bends. Really all around great quality I liked that it came with ring terminals pre crimped onto the kit. This is my first nvx wiring kit and I won't use any other brand now.

Heavy duty wiring

I bought this to help with my system shorting out and it worked awesome!! I had my first system installed and they used 4 gauge it it didn't work out to well I ordered this nvx product and ran it all myself and it is fantastic I have not had a problem with my system since then! I'm running an nvx vcw 152 and a kenwood 2000 watt amp it hits hard and sounds great thanks to sonic for having this at a greT price and fast delivery

Wow! I might have gone over board with the system but I have a Chevy Silverado Exten. And took the back seat out so I could put 2 Orion's in a closed box running them off of two Hifonics 5000 watt amps. I have had to replace my windshield twice lol I love it. Better and louder than any system in Alaska. My db at the comp was 169.0db and 150 can make u depth. Now that's what I call dumping.

Cons to me is that the jacket is a bit too soft imo, careful when installing this in your cars and maybe because its not a highest tier in their brand, but all and all great sound quality delivered trough my speakers and tweets

Great amp!

I have this amplifier powering two NVX VCW 124's in a custom ported box. It makes big power, so be sure you have the big 3, 10 farad cap or H/O alternator to get the best benefits. It produces great sound quality at decent volume levels and has yet to get hot. It's relatively small footprint is impressive for the power it makes. PROS: Great quality build, great quality sound, decent price. I like the simple, sleek look of the amp. NVX doesn't use flashy lights and gimmicks, just a grown up, clean, professional look and performance. CONS: Bassknob. The bass adjustment knob on this seems to be quality... at least on the outside. The casing is solid metal and the knob has a good resistance as you turn it. However, the LED on it was WAY too bright... when it was working. About 5 minutes after hooking it up, the LED stopped working. (Which was fine with me because it was INTENSELY bright. And that was in daylight!) From 0-35%, the knob adjusts the bass level a bit too aggressively. From 35% on up, it seems to do little to no adjustment. I still make use of the bass knob as I listen to a huge variety of music. I would certainly like to see an improvement in this area.
However, this does not take away from the fact that this amp beats smooth and steady. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone serious about their bass.

I bought two of these like 6 months ago when they came out. I had a sealed box built to manufac. specs.. facing up... 1 1/4 thick mdf( 2x 3/4) in the back of my ranger. I hooked one up to a power acoustik BAMF 5500 to 1 ohm which is suppose to be 3200 rms, after the break in period.. WOW!!!! I only have 1 hooked still and to tell u the truth im still very happy!! As soon as I add another battery and maybe a high output alt. i'll install the 2nd. a bit pricey but with a rebuild-able kit at $100.. the only sub youll need for a long long time.

I have a single 12.2 Orion HCCA with a Soundstorm Evolution SSL 5000D amp pushing it wired at one ohm and it is the hardest hitting single sub around. No one has the same sub as me. My set up in my ford focus beats everyone that has any single or dual sub set ups that are in any SUV's. And my focus isn't even a hatchback. This sub is worth every penny. It can handle everything you throw at it.

I recommend NXX if your on a budget but still want decent quality. Yes there are better out there but not at these prices and I have a high end system consisting of Focal mids, highs, DC audio subs and Dc audio 2k and 175.4 and honestly I hear nothing but nice clean, clear, extremely LOUD music so if I’m missing anything with these RCA’s it’s not coming through to my ears. I also like how they fit nice and tight and so far the year I have used them no problems to report work exactly as intended glad I didn’t spring for no big high dollar set now I saved that cash for better install and equipment.

No Words Describe the Awesomeness!!

I don't even know where to start. I've been breaking this thing in for over a month now and it just keep going. these cables are good and cheap. I know that's a unicorn, but these are the real deal. Used them for my latest mids and highs install and they didn't give me any problems. I ran another set for my sub. It'll be a while before that install happens. But if it's anything like my mids and highs, I'm sure it'll come without noise as well

This sub is crazy dam loud

This sub is mad loud I'm going to build a custom 12 inch box tuned to 28hz but i had it in my friends car to test it in his box with a Kole audio Trax amp and at full volume i was able to hear it from my front gate to my house. Great by for someone who likes loud bass.

Better then hifonics

I bought from sonic electronix because I'm buying from canada and there's very few sites that offer warranty over the border.
I DID previously purchase a Hifonics amp from a different website that ended up catching fire and almost burning my Infiniti to the ground, just to find out that they wouldn't cover the warranty because I'm in canada.
I can tell you sonic DOES offer warranty to canada, and because of this, I've been buying (and will continue to buy) my car audio from sonic electronix. I was after a powerful amp, and this amp came recommended from Wes (at sonic) and he gave me an amazing deal on that and on the shipping. I am completely satisfied, I'm only running the amp at 4 ohms at the moment and it's a crazy amount of power, I can imagine when I get it to 1 ohm! Thank you sonic electronix!

I would have to grade them middle of the pack. i think most people have had this happen to them at some point. i travel too much with work ( months out of town) so i never returned them. maybe i just got a bad set. but the guys and gals at Sonic are great as always. i am a loyal customer. just didnt have a good go with this particular set.

Orion 2010 HCCA122 WoW

Iight Im a make this short and sweet. First of all 1200W RMS - 2000W RMS is great power for this sub over 2000W on one sub its just going to ask for too much current!!

Now whether u build a box or buy one with 1200W of power or more don't go over 3 cubes with a vented box and under 2.2 cubes and 2 -2.5 for a sealed box

With that said im feeding my sub 1500W RMS by a RF T1500-1bdCP. For those of u that are looking for a box design i have a long box this is because my car is small and i need access to my spare i can take it in and out easily, my box is built from 3/4" marine ply and risen its 27.5"L 16"H and 14"W with a 1.5" (L) shape vent where u could put where ever! I have mine squeezed infront with the sub 16"H by 14"W

i also have a bass processor this is because the sub naturally will not hit hi frequencies it was designed for real low

I hope I've helped someone because it took me along time and alot stress to get what i wanted out of this sub but trust me it ratteles everywhere near and far.

You must have an amp for it. Must upgrade charging system on vehicle being used. Must have the right enclosure for it. The one I have is a 12 inch it weights about 140 pounds with the enclosure. Over all good sub.

Crazy!

That is what you need to be to own one or more of these subs. They put out a tremendous amount of bass. Enough to be heard coming a block down the street with dynamat. I have a Mb Quartz 4000.1 hooked up to it and it shakes my car like crazy even with 150 sq ft of dynamat i put in the car. These subs are bullet proof. Considering that they sell recone kits for this sub it could be the last sub you ever need to buy. I would recommend this to anybody that want to win DB competitions or that wants to go deaf.

My friend has one of these so If your a bass head buy this and it has recone kit so if you blow them then get brand recone sub for cheap.

One Word: Quality

If you're looking for a wiring kit and haven't bought an NVX kit yet then you should. I'm currently using their 8, 4, and 0 gauge wire in my system and there is one word that can sum it up: Quality. I honestly don't think you can get better wire than this, the 0 gauge in this kit is almost as flexible as their 8 gauge, it's crazy and makes for such an easy time installing it. This kit does only come with a 150 amp fuse and I personally think its a little small but that's not much of a complaint, a 250 or 300 amp can be had for like $5. I definitely recommend this kit, it's worth the extra money over those "cheaper" kits.

There are no other words besides awesome! I've had this for over a month powering my Orion HCCA Competition Sub and it keep feeding it all the power the sub can take.The Amp case is solidly build which helps with durability toughness. The Angle terminal end give it a professional look but can be a pain at times with 1/0 gauge wiring running to it.
The only problem I have is the remote LED is too bright. It's blinding trying to drive at night and even during the day at times.
This amp is by far one of the best amps I have ever purchased.

freaking insane

So I bought one of these and I am extremely satisfied. I have a ford focus hatchback. At first I had this in a sealed box specs from Orion and I was very disapointed but then I put it in a ported custom box and this beats the block, nothing around I have seen even compares at all. Orion 2010 HCCA122

In the words of Young Jeezy, I luv it. I have 2500rms on it and it holding every bit of it and I just got 1 12" right now and its a sexy sub , lol. I'm saving up to buy at least 3 more, but really thinking about 5 more. Some people cant believe its 1 12" especially coming out of the trunk in an 81 cadi. I really like this web site too.

Very Loud Subwoofer

I went through four different brands of subs before I settled on the HCCA 12.2. I was trying to peel my face off with bass and the subs I was using just couldn't do it. At first I was using a Power Acoustik FUBAR 12" sub. I blew 3 of those before I switched to an Alpine Type-R 12" sub. The Alpine hit way harder, but I was trying to put too much power through it and would start to smoke a little. So I began looking around for a single 12 that could handle tons of power. By tons, I mean over 2000 watts rms. After some research I found the HCCA 12.2. My amp was a true 2000 watts rms at 1 ohm, and this sub handles that. So I built an enclosure just for this sub, and then took out the 2000 watt amp and purchased an MTX TA92001 that pushes 3000 watts rms at 1 ohm. They love each other. I did have to hook up another battery to feed the amp but after that and re-tuning it with a DMM I'm pushing well over 3k to this sub daily without any clipping and it's taking it like a champ. It POUNDS!!! Period. I've only heard one other vehicle that hits a little harder than mine and he's running 2 Audiopipe 15's with about 1700 watts rms going to them. BTW I built his entire system from the ground up so I know how hard it can hit. So after owning a complete Orion sub and amp system back in the late '90's I'm glad to know Orion is still in the game putting out some serious stereo equipment that is made just for real SPL junkies like me. Get one, build the enclosure like Orion recommends in the manual and put at least 2000 watts to it and this sub will hurt you. I mean, the sub alone weighs in at like 70 lbs! I can only take mine at high volume for maybe 5 minutes before my brain feels like it's turning to mush in my skull. My eyes blur and my teeth rattle. It is just plain hard to sit in my car now with it turned up. And this is only a single 12 in a little hatchback.

Orion HCCA12.2

I would recommend this sub to anyone. It is loud and pushes quite a bit of air for a 12. I haven't had any problems with it. It's big and heavy and power hungry. I had a few issues actually getting it in the box I built because it is so big and I have a Camaro.

I love the Orion's they knock 12 blocks away from my house and it's way cheaper and better than the JL w7. 1 Orion hits harder than 2 w7s in my point of view and the sound quality is way different than the w7s. I rate this product 10/10 and the customer service that I've gotten from Sonic Electronix 10/10. I will buy from them again for any of my electronics that I need. 2 12.4s 153db

I bought 2 10.4s at first and 148db in the trunk. I have been trying to hit 150db with 2 12s for a long time had the Type Xs and 2 PDX 1.1000s my 10.4s were louder, had 2 12W7s and 2 1000/1s The Alpines were louder and just as crystal clear. I sold the 10.4s and bought 2 of the 12.4 hccas and went down to just 1 amp (Orion 2500 D). Fired them in the cab and fiber glassed it in to seal the box off. In The right box tuned to the right frequency, and sealed perfect. These beasts not only kill the competition in spl, but also sound amazing. The subs are still stiff. Not even broken in yet. And since i can recone them ill have them for a lifetime. Orion was the leader in sq back in the day and have come back to lead again. Keep this up ill never switch.

Pretty dope kit

Thick and flexible wire true to gauge. Everything came in the package as described. The only thing that sucks is if you desire to make your own ground location it doesn't come with a ground bolt. Came with 3 different fuses 150a 200a and 300amp pretty versatile kit would buy again and recommend it. The 12 awg sub wire that came with it was thicker then the "12"awg wire that my shop installed.

Awesome 1/0 wire

I had some cheaper companies 4 gauge power wire. It was powering my 1600 watt rms system. I replaced their 4 gauge (which was actually 6 gauge) with 12' of 1/0 wire. I'm getting 13.75v at the amplifiers after swapping this out and doing the big 3 I was getting 13.3 using cheap 4 gauge.

Powerful and Clean sound ! Quailty korean built amp

ive got the XPLD3k running 6 600RMS 12'' subwoofers and it pushes them to the very max ! it is very efficient compared to the other 3k's i have owned in the past , i do suggest running a ohio generator alternator and a couple of good agm batteries . the amp stays very cool due to its very big heavy heat sink ,no fans but they are not needed and there is some small vents in the side plates and no other vent holes which is nice so your amp does not get much dust or anything inside it . the angled inputs are kind of a pain but do really make the install look nice and clean with minimum wires showing , overall its a great amp and the cost on it is amazing ! id highly recommend it to anyone , also i dont use the bass knob at all ''never took it out of the box'' i instead use the NVX XBRC which adjusts your rca's going into the amp rather than adding bass boost and distortion

The only complaint and this is a big one was that the firewall grommet supplied was too small for the wire. I have one night set aside to do my install. I have the whole vehicle torn apart and its after midnight. I was heartbroken when I went to run my power wire and the whole project came to a halt. Then I had to make a trip to buy extra grommets and had to leave my vehicle torn apart until I was able to get back at it. Not to mention not being able to hear my new system that night. Sonic Electronics NEEDS to fix this. The wire was to big for the NVX amp so it is either bigger than it should be or NVX inputs are smaller. Other than this, the quality of the kit is great.

Well worth the money!

I was amazed at how heavy the kit was and the quality is amazing. Definitely worth every penny and more. There were extra things I didn't need and plenty of wire that I didn't need but they give you all the things you'll need. I would only suggest adding the Alan wrench for the fuse block. But all in all, I've already referred this to another person and will tell others!

This amp kit is amazing and would recommend this to anyone I know. The wire size is unbelievable and the difference it made to my system is crazy. Who would of thought by switching brands and wire size would make so much of a difference. I seriously couldn’t find a con even if I tried. This is a quality kit. The wires are nice and made my install look good. The crimped ends are solid and the protection shielding and heat shrink are nice too. I would recommend this product.

Great cost and product

Removed #4 AWG that I thought was ok and replace with this 1/0 kit. I had some 1/0 left over from another install into another friends car and the kcmil was way larger on this product than the other. HIS insulation was thicker making the o.d. the same. Wire terminations were solid too!

BEST AMP KIT PERIOD!!!!

Bought this to upgrade from my fosgate 4 awg wire because I bought a new nvx jad1200.1 amp and a 15" nvx vcw sub so of course had to keep it the same!!! This wire is just as good as Rockford fosgate, Kicker, jl audio or any other big brand but at a fraction of the price!!! Is silver tinned ofc and every bit of what 0 awg should be you won't have any regrets when u hold this wire it's nice amd heavy and super flexible, and the kit itself comes with everything u need to hook up an amp if your going over 1000rms (except rca wires) everything in the kit is top notch and will last many years it doesn't include your rca cables for your signal but nvx sells them too and there just as good as the rest!!! The terminals are awesome to but I did have to make the hole bigger for the bolts I used but that wasn't a big deal. Bottom line is NVX doesn't skimp on the copper or any other important part in the car audio game there products will compete with any top of the line brand and if u don't believe me try it for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed!!! And if for some reason u don't like it look me up I'll buy it from u lol jk but really u will not be unhappy with this or any other product from NVX!!!! Not much more u can say about wire lol its ofc and it's true 0 gauge wire with a super flexible jacket u can tie knots in but rigid and will hold up I wanna say the strand count is right above 4700 or 4900 somewhere in there for the price u pay its impressive that's for sure!!!

Comes in flat sheets instead of being rolled or folded. Thats a nice benifit. Nice dense n thick backing that sticks very well! Good quality foil is used also. At sonics prices this is hands down best product available.

This sub is an animal, I had it on 2500 rms and it was wanting for. I'd suggest a bigger alt and big 3 upgrade. Even though I only had it for about 3 weeks and then my car got broke into and lost it but besides that it was a beast.

Was able to use as a basic starter kit for an 09 Elantra; did the top & side of the trunk lid and both front doors including around the speaker hole. I noticed a slightly quitter ride and the stock speakers really do benefit from the stiffening sheet metal. The midrange is clearer and bass is more robust. The paper backing can be a pain to remove at times; the butyl rubber often peeled with the paper and I had to use my fingernails to pry the two apart, but not a huge deal.

I have this Maxxlink installed in my scion Xb with dynamat as well. I used Dynamat as the first layer (32 sq. ft) and was pleased. I am rebuilding my system for 2 18 subs with 6 8s and tweeters so I wanted some extra reinforcement. For this amount dynamat cost almost double what I payed for maxxlink, and given some good reviews I figured id give it a try. The two materials, aside from the branding on them look and feel identical. Sticks great and is very easy to use, I now have 3 layers and NOOOO rattle. Even if all you have is a sub or two in the trunk, lay some of this down in there first, you will notice the different. More bass and clarity, less rattle and so simple anyone can install it. Definitely recommended by me.

damn is loud, hell yea is loud, overall is just sick looking loud.

I just received my order couple days ago on this product, dude if you want go loud single 12 inch HCCA is all you needed, price is same as to 2 12 inch Kicker L7's and 3 times louder than 12 inch Kicker L7's 1.5 times louder than 2 15 inch L7's that is not a joke. I have just test this woofer today, sounded good never gets hot. Running on my MTX TE1501D amplifier at one ohm, I can tell that thing needs more power add to it, but I have no money all that so that's all I can do is 1500 watts RMS at one ohm load, I have use MTX TS8512 on that amplifier also, but the power they put out sucked, HCCA is the bomb overall. After I got the box I'll go compete again. See how many dB I can hit on single 12 inch.e

my observations are
1)the box was deceivingly heavy for it's size.
2)when i first opened the box i was surprised that there was very little, if any odor.
3)butyl layer on this stuff was at least twice as thick as my trusty peal and seal
4) foil was also substantially more beefy than peal and seal
5) you can hold a sheet straight out and it would not sag
6) despite being rigid, it was incredibly easy to cut and roll on with great adhesion

did doors with a little over 40% coverage you could hear a huge difference using the infallible scientific knock test. I have a bunch left so deciding between doing my floor boards (quiet cabin) or the the trunk. i give this stuff two thumbs up .if you can get this on sale buy as much as you can, then buy some for your friend. great stuff even at regular price though.

I am not writing this review to put down the next company, I have owned the power bass 3000 max, I have owned the hifonic 2000 brx ,the 2400 brx they are all class D amps .listen I brought 2 cvx 15s i had a sealed custom box made ,the brx 2400 played them,but I knew I needed more power.so i talked to a hifonic tech about the atlas 3000, but for 2years i only seen 2 reveiws so that didnt sit well. I talked to Joe at nvx after 3 or 4 calls and asking questions I went with the nvx 3000.listen the bass from that amp make my house windows vibrate from a block away ,stupid ,insane bass !! ,last week we went to the drive -in and this!! gorilla!! played 2 an a half hours none stop, it was no where near hot just a little I mean a little warn this is the best amp I every owned so far buy it, you want need to look any further. (!! angry bass !!)
