Alpine SWA - 12S4

This sub woofer is pretty loud and kicks pretty hard for something so cheap and affordable . Better than what I expected.

Good Sub

This is a good sub. I would recommend it.Alpine has always been a good brand and for the price this is a really good sub. Haven't had any problems with it and you don't need a lot of power to get it to hit. If you want some good bass to round out your system this works.

Wow

Wow. Absolutely under rated. These in a 4^3 box ported to 32hz and they're louder than my single 15" l7 and 2 12" type R's in a ported box.

Very good sub for the price. would recommend to everyone.
they're windshield flexing a nissan altima.

Awesome Sub

Fantastic Sub, any sub in the right box will sound awesome, but this sub hits hard. Two of these in a 3.8cube box has change dancing in my cup holder. The only thing i dont like is the leads are not woven into the spider, but what do you expect for 55$? Recommend these to anyone.

Alpine bass line subs

You know there is something to be said when your so busy bumping that you forget to review the product your bumping with. Great subs tight bass and a great price. Do wish alpine used rubber instead of foam surround but won't complain too much. Thanks guys. Another satisfied customer

sweet sound!!

I always like the Alpine speakers from when I was young, I just couldn't afford them back then and now they are affordable. The base from one 12" sub I bought thumps with just A 500 watt cheap amp. Nice clear sound. I have 6 1/2 Alpines with remote tweeters in the front and 6/9 in the rear and they all work good together.

Alpine SWA- 12S4

This sub is great. It is my first sub and it really sounds good. I have it in a sealed belva box and it sounds great with all kinds of music. I have no bass boost on from the amp or headunit and the remote turned half way up. If you are looking for an inexpensive great sounding sub I think it would be hard to beat this one. It is very clear, and can get very loud when turned up all the way

great value

This speaker hits hard for a 4ohm subwoofer. I now have two in separate vented boxes running at 2 ohms on a boss 1100 amp. Plenty of amp for these speakers. Great speakers especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Budget Sound!

For a $50 subwoofer this entry level alpine baseline sub does the trick. No complaints here. It's no JL Audio, so the lows aren't there very well but it does hit hard on the mids. So if you're looking for budget friendly subwoofer, this will do. I'm running 1 12" on a Rockford prime 500 mono amp on the 4ohm load @ 250rms. Pairs very well. Won't hear me coming but produces good in car sound and is a great addition for an entry level system!

Solid bass

I have this sub hooked up to an Alpine amp in a sealed box in my 2011 Camaro. The bass is clean, solid and will shake your brain if you want it to. From rock to rap and everything in between. The price can't be beat! Highly recommend!
