Hits Hard for a Paper Cone
I ran this sub in an enclosure with 1.7ft^3 gross volume. I hit it with 450 rms from a cheap Profile Clarus CL600. The bass would make your ears feel warm and render your hearing seemingly muffled for about an hour after a long episode of higer volume levels. The sub lacks bass output in the 80Hz-150Hz field, but makes up for it with warm and detailed sound that compensate for lacking tones. I eventually bottomed the sub out with some sub-harmonic frequencies but a decent subsonic filter at 30Hz with 24db/octave slope would have prolonged it's life until the foam or paper gave up the ghost. A wonderful sub overall, and for the money I can't imagine a better sub. This sub will impress, but leave you wantinh more spl. However, if your not a spl freak and just require a moderate volume, this sub will hit it's mark and leave you quite satisfied. I have been working with car audio for 11 years so don't be afraid to put faith in the words preceding this closing. This is a great sub for the money.

BOOM!
If you're into smooth jazz and nice, relaxing music, then this subwoofer is not the way to go. If however, you want the whole neighborhood listen to you're blaring music then I would definietly recomend this sub. You know it's a great deal when you can use this sub as a pacer. I can feel my heart beat with the music and my internal organs vibrating rapidly. I would not reccomend playing this near any unstable fault line though or you might be in for a surprise. But if you want to make your friends jealous the audiobahn AW100T is the way to go. They will think your pumbing dual 12" subs. Definintely worth the price, unless you want to spend $200+ on the same quality speaker at the local audio store.

good
These are not true 400watt rms they are 200watt rms they post the maximum wattage on the back of the magnet. After correcting the spec errors, here is my review.
If you have a suv/van/or hatchback car, put in a ported box and a 100-150watt rms amp and people will swear u have 2-12" subs
