Boom Boom??

Atrend boxes are great quality and I have never had any issues with them. THis model was for a low transmission hump with down firing subwoofers. the connector is great but I wish the lip that holds the box up was a little taller. Some subwoofers that have some good travel will rub the carpeting if pushed.

Good value, needs a bit of work tho

Best priced box around,best price for box on sonic electronic, much lower than anywhere else. Was boxed nicely and delivered undamaged. Professional carpeting, fit great in my 2011 Silverado 1500 ext cab. Used with older dual kicker cvr 10"'s with a 600watt amp. The kickers barely fit height wise but fit none the less after dragging them in the last 1/4 to 1/8" after they met a small amount of resistance(rubber plastic bumpers on magnet body of these speakers). Box hits pretty hard for the Sq footage it is, but Definently had air leaks. With seat down I don't really notice them so I left as is. Bedlinered box would be sealed if thats your thing, spend a few more $$. Fyi you will need a drill to install side boards into main box and there is no where to put your amp, I ran mine on top of the box for now, just barely fits under seat when down. May move to rear seat center footwell on trans tunnel and just tell people to watch their feet!

I was very pleased with this enclosure. I install custom sound systems for a living and i am a mechanical engineer by degree. There is actually an impressive amount of air space within the enclosure. I have 2 10's running off of a 1200 watt RMS JBL amplifier. The only real negatives is that one woofer cut out was a tad too small and i had to sand it down, and air leaks out of the speaker terminals so they need to be siliconed from the inside.

!!! One thing to note: on my 2007 Chevy NBS extended cab has less floor space in the driver's side, so during high excursion the woofer makes partial contact with the floor.

!!! In order to mount the massive amplifier on top of the box, i used high strength washers to elevate the rear seat about an extra inch. This allowed the seat to be folded down properly.

SUB BOX

The box fits perfect under the back seat of the extended cab and for the money for a sealed double 10" box is good deal and sounds great with the down firing position I have two Rockford 10's and sounds great in my 2011 GMC Sierra ext cab.

Purchase to replace an older version from 10 years ago.

Purchase to replace an older version from 10 years ago. This newer version has more air space To accommodate my NVX VCW 10 inch subwoofers. I added a 3/4 inch MDF ring to give a little more space for the subwoofers Pole venting and mounting depth and also added 1 inch spacers on the legs to raise the box to accommodate the MDF ring. The box is installed underneath my lifted rear seat of my 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD extended cab. Atrend makes quality boxes as my previous box lasted for over 10 years and is still going strong in another truck.

Liked the sub but it was actually to big. I knew it was bigger but not that much. Right now tryin to cut open hole a bit to get it in because I like the sound. Also I purchased a cxx8 that blew and ur team cant find the receipt to see if its under warranty. Thanks

These speakers have great sound and the price is amazing ! I put these in a Ford ranger for my son we put a pioneer Stereo and a Sony 1000w amp not saying we would any Competition with it but if you want clear sound these are the speaker to go with!!! I would buy them again and happy I did in the first place !!!
