I run four,6.5s and four 6x9s on this amp and it does a darn good job, it will get hot if you play it at a super high volume ,but at a moderate level it will play without getting hot for hours .for running this amp at a 2 ohm load an play as well as it does i give this boy a 5 star

I bought this amp for my lil bro's first system. We amped his speakers, made a huge difference. Very happy with this product

this is a nice little amp for the price, you wont go wrong with this although it does run pretty hot it has never gone to protected on me.

Great amp, Great price, Great results

Have this amp running my 4 cabin speakers 110w rms 6x9's Kenwood excellons @ 3 ohms in the rear and the 2013 Kenwood excellon XR1800P's in the front, that I ordered from here also! Could not be much more impressed with the performance. Clarity is phenomenal! Amp stays cool and clear sounding at max head unit volume when tuned properly! I will be buying more Hifonics in the future without a doubt, you should too!

I've had this amp hooked up to 2 kicker 6x9s and 2 kicker 5.25s for about a month now and it makes the sound awesome!!!

This amp was recommended by the sonic electronix to me after I told them about the speakers I have. It works very well. My car's speakers are very loud now and are much more clear. This amp is highly recommended to anyone who wants best bang for their buck. Also it arrived in a very short amount of time.

Great Amp

I have this amp on my kicker 6/9 s and 6.5s with factory speakers in my chevy s10 and it makes the highs sound rediculously clean clear and crisp. I also have the brutus 1200 monoblock on my 15 inch l7 solobaric and the combination is just phenomenal. Only thing bad os the way the terminals for power ground and remote are they are facing downward and it kindof makes it hard tohook it up wen mounted but no complaints

awesome amp!

I upgraded from an old school Blaupunkt amp (from 300rms total to 1000rms total!) I loved this amp. I have the front channels running a pair of kappa 63.9i and channels 3&4 bridged running a 10" pioneer sub. The sound is awesome. Loud and clear. The speakers really came to life with this amp (i thought that the old amp sounded good too).
The only cons so far is that it doesn't fit under my seat as did the blaupunkt but that was expected (from 300 to 1000watts rms means a bigger amp obviusly).

Great amp for the money. I used this amp to run my highs and mids and then bridged (3-4 ch) it to run a set of 10 in a sealed enclosure. Its clean, no distortion and hits hard without heating up. Tough to go wrong for the money.

Solid AMP

First for all for the price this is a great amp. I'm running it at about 60% on a set of Alpine SPR60c and a set of SPR60s over 4 channels and they sound fantastic. The amp is a bit big but it is not deep and is very lightweight. It also lights up and looks cool at night if you are into looks this will also meet your needs.

Hifonics zrx1016.4

Amp has a high quality sound. But it gets hot fast. With 15 to 30 min of playing it shuts off because its over heating. Its not worth the money.

I have this amp pushing a pair of 6.5 inch fosgates and a 12 inch audiopipe sub and it rocking real hard. Good amp if you want to run a one amp system.

Huge Power, Clear Sound!

I bought this amp after returning my Powerbass amp, because I was looking for more power and better sound quality, which is exactly what I got from this amp! Although the size is rather large, this amp is a beauty and can handle a lot of power!

I have this amplifier powering my two front 5.25" speakers with about 100w each, and I have channels 3 & 4 bridged to power my 12" sub, with about 475w.

I have this running in a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix, with a 4-gauge wiring kit, and it works great. No new battery or anything needed.

awesome amp for the money

I bought this amp a month ago.. And I have it running 2 Memphis mcr8d4 sub's on two channels and all my smaller mid and highs for the rest and it is turned up half way and it hardly gets really hot but I gotta say its fairly well built for what it is putting out.

Running this amp with two sets of Alpine r type components at 110 watt rms don't get this amp if your speakers can't handle it! Other than that it's a definite go

I ran this amp in a three channel set up . It worked Perfect . I installed it in a jeep , to one rf p3 12 and two kenwood 4 way 6x9s . It had plenty of volume ! I'm thinking of using one in my own system for mids and highs . Overall a great amp for the money !

An amp that doubles as a skillet!!

I have 4 6.5" comp's total running 2.1 ohm a channel and man this thing gets hot hot hot!!! You could fry an egg!!! Even when at idle it warms up fast, so far it hasnt shut down while playing but time will tell. It sounds good and puts out plenty of power. This is hands down the hottest running amp I have ever used and Ive been into car audio since '97.

Insane Sound

I hooked this amp along with 2 other Hifonics amps in an enclosed amp rack with 6 cooling fans. Only makes sense to keep your equipment cool. I decided to go all Hifonics amplifiers in my current build a 1995 Mustang GT Vert. This unit has no problem pushing the 4 6z9 Rockford's clear and without any distortion at any volume. Make sure you connect things correctly don't cut corners and you'll be happy with the Zeus line up.

I have this pushing my 4 kicker 6.5 inch door speakers and it's absolutely amazing. The amount of power this bad boy pushes out is too much lol. I think I may have bought the last one in stock on here and I have no regrets!

Not worth it

I read reviews on Hifonics Amps and knew they where a budget amp but I was sorely disappointed. Compared to other amps I've used heard and owned I don't think this on does rated power. Also channel 3 and 4 never worked. I was extremely I unsatisfied. Spend the extra money and buy cea compliant name brand car audio equipment.
