I owned a KAC 9152D in my BMW running with two 12" A/D/S running @ 2ohms and they did hit hard for about 15min with this amp then kept shutting off on me and I had to lowered the radio in order for the amp to work again, got tired of this problem and got the JL e 1800D and what a diference as soon as I got it hooked to my car the subs were hitting like they wanted to blow apart. I had to lower the gain on this amp almost to min because its got a lot of power this one is the way to go yes a little pricy but good money spent.
