Low cost good quality

I didn't buy these to go in a high end high power system, just replacement for stock speakers that were old and worn out. They sound great with my new pioneer head unit with no amp or special stuff, just connected to the head unit. The ratings on the speakers is much higher than what the new head unit will put out, so they should last longer than the vehicle they are in. Much more base than I would have expected, not great vocal range but overall great value for my installation.

Forgetable

ordered the JVC CS by brand recognition mostly and reviews to replace a blown door speaker--the remaining door speaker on the other side is noticeably stronger with more bass and mid range--so these are not even a good replacement speaker for factory stuff

What she wanted and more!

I bought this for my daughter because the factory stereo was horrible. She loves this receiver! Along with sounding great she was happy with the lighting ("looks cool, Dad!). She was very happy to find out it was compatible with her iphone, had a charging USB port and the hands-free option was the icing on the cake! Great unit at a great price!
