Thundererous bass!!!

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

It's a good sub durable and nice looks,
its not the sub that brings your music to life. It's the amps (THD) the lower the number the better the sound.

great buy

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

have 2 of these pushed at 300RMS and they rock. More bass than I need. They do need more mounting depth than alot of subs but they do get loud and hit hard. Great at really low frequencies.

the thump

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

i got a piar of these subs about a year ago and i could not find an amp that i could peak even one of these out. a year later they still bump as hard as ever and for the price they give you more thump then some of the more high end stuff

Good Stuff

Bought One Of These Last Week, And So Far Hasn't Gave Me Any Troubles. I Have It Running With A Cheap 12 Inch Dual. In A Custom Ported Box, With A Sony 1000 Watt Amp. High Notes Are Good, Lows Are Ok. I'm Purchasing Another One Soon.

Neighborhood Already Called Cops On Me, So They Hate It.

Good speaker for price

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

I currently have 2 of these in my car. Overall a very good speaker value. They sound very good turned up as well. Very little distortion.

Pretty good

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

i would recommend this sub to someone who is on a budget. this isnt the best one out there, i have a 1000W JL amp on mine and it distorts. needs a 500w AMP. but has good deep bass when amp is turned down. good sub.

Amazing Bass!

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

The quality is not as good as say a Rockford Fosgate T112D2 or the sort, but put in a decent box this sub will pound. I have 4 in my van at the moment and I blew out my back window before, don't ask how. All I know is I have one tinted window on my car now ;D Great bass, great value, go get some.

Best bang for the buck....& then some!

A very solid & decent sounding sub. I liked it so much i bought it twice after my first set of 12s got stolen. I've had this sub for about 6 months now, 3yrs if you count my other set. Not the loudest sub but will still give out great quality at low frequencies, more than enough to get a good knock from your trunk. If you want louder bass I'd go with a 10" but if you want deeper bass then I'd stick with this 12"

Awesome sub

The following review is for a previous version (MA120XE).

Price is definitely the best part of these subs, but sound is also up there. These subs are LOUD and can handle ALOT of power. I have two of these running to a 1000 watt audiobahn amp and they simply do not distort. Bass is very low and loud. Very similar sound to JL Audio subs, only difference is they produce more of a waa-waa type sound. Cones are very flexible but this also enables them to produce very deep, strong bass. Great sub, will rattle the screws loose in your car.

Decent Subwoofer

I bought 2 MA120xe's from this site about a year ago. After the voice coils on one of them fried I bought a 123xe because it had the same specs and they were out of the 120's at the time. Haven't had any problems since I bought the 123xe. Isn't the loudest sub in the world but definitely added the bass I was looking for.
