Good amp for the price
I bought this to pair with a Apline SWS-10" in May last year and it hasn't disappointed me. There isn't a fan in it and I'm impressed that it hasn't overheated yet because I deliver pizzas and put everything in my trunk so it gets fairly hot & moist back there along with the hot and moist weather there already is here. I did have to crank the power up quite a bit to get a good amount of power to the sub but once you turn it up it does a good job.
Pros: It's easy to use, basic control knobs, sub volume remote, durability
Cons: None any real ones that I can think of. Has nice clean sound, just don't overload it with power. If you do it can get a little messy. Can't say if it's because of the sub or the amp, but bass junkies shouldn't be looking at this amp anyways
P.S. I actually bought an 800-watt version of this but I guess it got discontinued. I'm sure 50-watts wouldn't make too much of a difference.
