A little monster!

Got this for a customer install and they are more than happy with it. Simple installation in a Chevy pickup with an MTX amp under the seat and it exceeded my expectations! For the price and power, well worth buying!

Excellent Choice

I purchased this speaker along with the MTX Thunder form box for a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. I really like the way the speaker sounds and it performs like a champ. It fits flush in the rear side wall without taking away cargo space and it kicks.

A Shallow Sub

Well, due to space limitations in my mid size truck, I didn't have a lot of options for adding a subwoofer, especially since I wanted all my cab and seat space. So armed with an MTX thunderform and this sub I gave it a try. Boy am I sure glad. It sounds great! If you have to be shallow, go with MTX

Nice sub

Really a nice product, quality build and big sound. Shallow depth makes getting it under seats easy. Thing hits pretty low for a shallow mount. Replaced a cheap sub I blew up with this, after modding my sealed box a bit to make it bigger and can say it is a great upgrade. Sonic gave me the price I offered and with the free shipping it turned out to be a decent deal.

PERFECT POUNDING COMPACT SUB!

I was originally set on the new premier shallow mount 10's but Larsen at sonicelectronics.com recommend the new mtx thunderthin line. I was very skeptical because i had not purchased mtx stuff in 5 years. I took his advice and IM SO GLAD I DID! These subs absolutely POUND! I swear they sound like 12 inch subs and i have been asked if they are 12's. The sub looks heavy duty and has nickel push terminals. The sub is very compact needing less than 4 inches of mounting depth. The sub hits all the notes great! I have had many subs and heard many more and this sub is very impressive!
