Best bang for the buck in my opinion

I got a great deal on an already in-expensive sub...it looks well made and has quality parts....it can take a lot of power(at least all the power i have thrown at it anyways)
I did smell a little bit of voice coil heating up the first couple times i turned up the volume but i attribute that to not being broke in all the way yet..cuz i haven't smelled anything since...i've got it at 1 ohm with a cadence mono-block 1200 watt sub amp...i've probably got the gain up about a little more than halfway and it seems to be fine...i don't expect it to blow anytime soon (no obvious signs anyways) but time will tell...
It is replacing a j&l w6 and i think it is actually sounding better than the j&l the longer it plays...i am totally happy with the purchase and if this one goes i will probably buy another...i recommend this sub to anyone who is running the same setup...u will be happy with it i am sure...
Great sounding and can take a pounding!!

The little sub that pounds!!

Ya...this is pretty good speaker...its built like a brick shit-house.its well constructed and looks like it can take some abuse..
.i got it to re place an aging J&L audio w6 10" sub that the foam.surround was separating from cone and cauding a nasty rattle
....it was a tossup between a power acoustic..
A soundstream, and the massive audio i ordered...im glad i got this little thumper cuz the price was rite and it looked a little more like it could handle a beaTing . Its mounted in a cheap little 10 inch ported tube... and it sounded great!! I was surprised at how loud it was...it outpounded the j&l which was probably 500$ : more....i cant wait to put it in a better box and
See what it sounds like then...so far i like it alot and i would recommend to anybody in the market for a inexpensive powerful great sounding sub....and i will buy again if i need another sub anytime soon....

Great Sub For The Money

You can't go wrong with this sub for the money. This is the second set I've bought. The first set still going strong for over 2 years now powered by Fosgate T1500. Great Speaker.

Massive Audio GTX104

Overall product meet what I needed. You will need to make sure you have a large enough box to have this sub running right or it will sound to punchy.

Wow! What a knocker!

I was looking into buying a new JL or Fosgate sub when I got talked into buying a Massive Audio GTX 104. I had never heard of these subs but for the price, I figured I would give it a try. At half the price of a comparable JL or RF, I admit I was skeptical. My GTX 104 is in a T-line box and it sounds great cranking out anything, from the new Megadeth to Zack Brown band. Then my nephew that competes in bass competitions, asked me how it sounded with some Skrillex or Bass Mekanik. I had never played that kind of music through it so I had no idea. Well, my nephew competes with 2 12" Digital Design subs and several thousands watts, yet, he was very impressed. Now, I'm not here to tell you my single 10 GTX 104, powered by a 600watt rms Pioneer amp even comes close to his competition system. But, I have since then, sat several people in my pass seat and its fun to see they're jaw drop when I show them a single 10" sub beatin' that hard and droppin' so low. Yep, I'm sure glad I decided to go with the GTX 104, instead of the over priced, over rated brands.

Diamond in the rough

Great low budget subwoofer.
Has a nice healthy motor.
Superb quality spider, although it's a little on the stiff side being the FS is high.
Installed this one in my little sister's ride for a first timer's budget bass system, 1.5 cu ft enclosure tuned to 36hz, only giving it 600w rms.
It gets down, you will not be disappointed.
I'm a long time enthusiast, owner of many top tier prodcuts like sundown, Image Dynamics, Incriminator Audio, etc subwoofers and this one still impressed me for the price.
I purchased two more to play around with.
These are decently built and you won't find anything similar for the price, buy it.
