This unit worked great for connecting my ipod to the stock radio in my '02 Z06. Installation was easy but I've worked on cars for a long time.
The only thing missing that I would like to see in future updates to the product would be a way to turn it off at the iPod plug so it doesn't drain the battery constantly charging the iPod. When you don't drive your car everyone, leaving something plugged in and charging for several days isn't practical.

2004 C5 Corvette Install - GREAT!
I installed this guy in my '04 Corvette (with the stock Bose audio head unit) with no problems at all. Works like a charm! I'm using it with an iPod Nano (tucked inside the center console flip-up tray, controlled remotely from my steering wheel with the Scosche controlFREQ IPNRFCR), and also a SiriusXM radio, via a short 3.5m 2-1 splitter cable.
