Amazing Product and Price.

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

I bought this sub awhile ago. When I recieved It I was amazed at the sound this thing can put out with such a small depth. Great Bang for your buck easy. I seen the same sub at one of my local car audio stores 8" version, and it was being sold for $149.99 so it's obvious this is a deal. Overall great sub, and I would highly reccomend it. Just put it behind a good amp and It'll show you what it can do.

All I can say is wow

Talk about a nice subwoofer. I just installed a set of these hooked to a Kenwood KAC 9105d amplifier, and man do they bounce. All hooked up in a 06 Silverado in a under the seat down firing box, and I couldnt be happier, highly recommended.

I recommend these to anyone

I've had these for a few months and I still can't believe the sound. The bass sounds clean and hits hard too. People always smile when they hear and see how much room my trunk still has. They always say the same thing "I thought those were for trucks". I had a smaller pioneer amp hooked up to the two 12's but finally ordered a kicker 750.1 and it makes these things pound. I will never go back to the full size speakers again

DAYUMMM...!!!....NICE..!! :)

As part of a BDay present for my wife I made custom enclosure .68 cu. ft. to sit in the right rear corner of the Cargo area in her 2007 Nissan XTERRA firing towards the other side of the Cargo area. Enclosure is pretty much fully stuffed (but not compacted) with Polyfil High-Loft Quilt-style batting.

The lows this thing can hit are sooo clear and amazing!

Stock radio fed into a [Sound Storm SSL F4.1200] amplifier. Right now I'm currently only using 2 of the 4 channels Bridged to 1 which means it's supposedly giving it 300 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms,

Lemme tell ya... I can't even imagine what 2 of these would be like. It'd be TOTAL overkill.

Crazy

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

I just bought two of these for my ext. cab truck and i was amazed. I originally wanted to get two polk momos because I was skeptical about their sound due to the the size. I settled for these because a space issue, and i am very satisfied. I still cant believe how hard these hit.

Great Truck Sub

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

I purchased 2 of these subs and i am pushing 300 watts to each and for the money and the space saved behind the rear seat they are a very good buy.

12" Subwoofers

I think anyone who purchases these speakers will love the sound you get from them. I used them to replace the kicker speakers I had in before. They have better sound, louder bass and fit perfect inside my Chevy 2500 4 door truck. The sound is concert quality inside and does not rattle the outside. Great speakers for any selection of music. Will definitely purchase again.

The BEST!!!!

I bought this sub today and i was skeptical about buying it because it was a shallow mount. But wow is all i have to say! Better than my 12 Kicker CVR. Seriously this sub rocks sounds amazing hit lows very well. Rap, Rock, Jazz, Pop, whatever it can handle it very well. BUY this sub! It will amaze you. Im just wondering if my truck can handle it when it breaks in?????

Just What I needed

I purchased 1 of these and paired it with a Kenwood Class D Mono Amp which outputs roughly the same RMS power. I was a bit skeptical if 1 Shallow mount subwoofer would be enough ( for my Civic coupe) because in every review people are using 2 shallow mount subs. I was pleasantly surprised that this 1 subwoofer mounted in appx .75 cf sealed box was enough. It has one of the shallowest mounting depths of a 12" sub that I've seen and it actually gets quite loud. (For me it has to be able to make my Rear View mirror vibrate enough so that I cannot see out of it and it did!!!) This is a very capable sub on its own.

Great Bass for Small Space....

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

These subs put out an excellent amount of bass considering it's a shallow mount sub. On a side-by-side comparison between the Kicker shallow mounts, these subs have a more boomier sound whereas Kicker's shallows have a tighter bass.

Another reason why I opted for Pioneer was because of the amount of watts it can handle. I'm running a 1200 watt amp to it and it takes it no problem. The only down fall is that it only has a 4ohm SVC. Considering the amount of watts these can handle, they should have at least made a 2ohm SVC.

Hard Hitting Shallow Mount!

Bought this sub and didn't know what to think but its all i could fit in my 1995 chevy downfire box. I installed it with a JH300 Mtx amplifier and it seriously does hit harder or at least the lows harder than a Kicker Cvr cause that is what i use to have in it but man does it sound good to. Even if i wasn't short on room i would by this sub!

Amazing

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

Pioneer Premier subs are the best and most versatile on the market. I was a bit hesitant at first because I didnt think it would sound as a good as a reg. sub, but was I ever wrong. I have 2 of these bad boys in my pickup and they can hit hard. Most ppl dont expect pickups to sound like a car, but I have the best of both worlds. Thnx SonicElectronix!

Heavy Hitters

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

Got these bad boys hooked up to a 1200 watt amp by pioneer also and these things hit and i have my bass all the way down. Can't wait to hear these once they are broken in. Great subs for trucks really hit hard and dont take up space and for this price they are way worth it.Thxs SonicElectronix

exactly what you pay for.

The following review is for a previous version (TS-SW1241D).

I wanted these speakers because they wouldn't take up too much space, and wanted to go with pioneer all the way around. I drive a chevy trailblazer, I will say the in car sound is great, but you can barely hear the subs turn all the way up. Still a great buy, because i got exactly what i paid for.
