I got a pair of these for a truck box build. I used the recommended 1.1 cu ft. box with 3” x 5” Xscorpion Port. I then powered them with a Boss 2600 watt amp. They look great in my box and they sound even better. I would recommend these speakers.

For the price I'm shocked at the clarity and sensitivity was easy to tune and blended in with rest of system (it was a replacement for old 10 that finally died) have a bit more break in before pushing and maybe I'm just getting old but I can already tell this will be more than enough for my needs in a small hatchback. Not earth shattering mirror falls off every other day like 2 12s just enough you can feel the punch. Nice tight well suited for drums rock classical house. Have not pushed for rap yet but don't see it having a problem at all.

You get what you pay for

I bought two of these to go into my truck. I got them on a rockford fosgate t1000-1bd but it's turned down to match the subs. These subs are good for about 400 watts but nothing over that. Anything over that they began to start to makeing that cool popping sound. And they really start to sound bad.

For the price, not bad

I'm not entirely thrilled with it, I got the 4om DVC version and running it at 8ohms for a Home theater sub, so it is a little out of the ordinary and I realize that. I picked this because of the high sensitivity and moderate power handling. Running it in a sealed 0.77 cu ft box. It does ok, but cannot really handle much without distorting quite a lot. For a cheap sub it is ok, but you cannot push it very hard. For my use it works fine though.
