Sounds great, but a few issues
This sub is a great fit in the back of a Subaru Crosstrek and really fills in the bass nicely. But there are a couple of issues that came up in the installation.
While the sub does accept speaker level inputs, they're not signal to sense - so you do need to run a trigger wire from the accessory circuit if your head unit doesn't provide one.
The sub is advertised as 1100/300 watts (max/RMS) - even the RMS figure is exaggerated. The power and ground leads are only18 AWG, this made an installation with an 8 AWG amp kit way overkill (and a bit difficult to terminate at the harness)
