I use the speakers as part of a home made SUBKICK and they worked fatastic.

pyramid 6.5

Got this little sub to replace the factory one in my friends 04 jeep wrangler. The factory sub was a dual 2ohm. installed it using the factory amp and it does rather well. He says it sounds 10x better than the old one ever did. Very good for the price. It has been about 6 months now since it was installed and is still rockin.

Ok

I bought four of these to put in on an amp that was recommended for them and they can not handle that amp so i tried one of my smaller amps and it still distorted some. I ended up just hooking them up to the head unit and they sound great like that. Definitely not a sub woofer. They are mid range speakers and work well that way.

Great Value n Sound

I would recommend this product if you want something cheap but good on quality of bass. Pyramid did a great job on them; right now i got two of this lil subs running on a 400 watt amp and they banging hard.

worked for about 2 hours

this particular product was a case of u get what u pay for,
I blew the factory sub in my Honda after 7 years of use, looked around for a replacement and i didn't want to spend a lot of money so i bought this pyramid 6.5 sub, i checked the reviews and they were pretty decent so i was feeling confident in my purchase of the cheapest 6.5 sub i could find.

When i received it, it just felt cheap, cheap materials, even the glue used for the center cap looked like it was put on by a 8 year old child.
Maybe it sounded better than it looked, i installed it and the sound actually blew me away, i couldn't believe this little sub was performing so well, then after 2 hours of use it started to rattle very loudly, blown!.

I had it hooked up to a 200 watt rms alpine amp and was not pushing it too hard, i just think is a flimsy product. All around sound was good except for low bass notes, couldn't play them.

clear sound

Originally I bought this for my motorcycle, but I didn't get the sound I was looking (listening) for. But I installed it in my boat and it sounds great. If I had more room to install, I would buy another one. Thanks Sonic..

Great for the price

I got two of these subs in my pickup and they sound good even without an enclosure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't have much room but wants nice sounding bass

Pyramid mini subs

I bought these to replace my aging sail panel subs in my 99 Pontiac Formula. They were very inexpensive and i was concerned they wouldn't perform or fall apart! They have been pretty awesome and are still giving a visceral performance and very good musical experience. I recommend them.

fxxxing rights

i have one yes only one running off a 200 max out of 2 channels kenwood 15 year old house amp/cd/tape/av player the old kenwood spekers still hit hard but wanna best and found it o one more thing yes ive had it run off a 300 w power inverter in my car and it works

Great Small Woofers

Just bought the 6.5" Pyramid WX65X woofers to replace the stock bose in my 96 audi a4. They sound AMAZING! Extremely clear and when you turn up the base it bumps hard and remains clear. Even with them only being 6.5" you can hear them from inside the house as I drive by and everyone in cars around me or walking down the street stops and stares. Can't even imagine how loud it will be after installing my 2 12" 1000W subs.

Good enough

These were purchased for a 2002 firebird with the monsoon system. They fit and work, however, the mounts do not match up. The speakers sound ok.

Good sound at a great price.

Replaced the front door factory speakers in my 2004 Vibe with the Moon and Tune package. Man what a difference. Gonna order two more for the back doors. They don't rattle the car next to you but you get great lows inside the car. Had to make a slight modification to the original hole so the window would go all the way down.

Auto replacement speaker

This product works well. It replaced the original and brought the audio system back to it's full potential.

Replacement Subwoofer

I used the Pyramid WX65X sub as a replacement for the sub in my Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 Computer Speakers THX-certified system. The original had the old problem of the surround foam deteriorating. The Pyramid sub works well with this system.

Perfect for a jeep wrangler center console

I was looking for an affordable Jeep Wrangler (2005) center console replacement sub-woofer. This is exactly what I needed. It sounds good and only required very little in console plastic modification (removal). I also needed to change 2 connectors, but I had them already. Remember this is only a 6.5" woofer so don't expect a loud banging 15" speaker. Buy this if you're looking for a replacement.

Still working

The product i bought has very good bass and works as expected. I am very pleased with the price as i would not have bought any other way. I but the products in my 2000 trans am . Overall i would recommend.

This thing kicks so hard

Whippin the 2002 Mazda Millenia, my car can barely handle this bad boy it hits so hard. All of the kids laugh at me when i drive by i guess there just hatin. I got a solid two weeks out of them. Some day i hope to upgrade to Sony Explodes.
