Like RockFord Fosgate Said It Packs A PUNCH

I would recommend this sub for someone that want some beats in their trunk but don't want to break the bank but still want to bump harder then the guy down the street, At sonicelectronix price this sub is a steal i paid full MSRP at a local retailer but for what i paid i enjoyed my purchased but i was bummed out when i saw sonic's prices.

I got 1 of these hooked up to a Memphis Street Edge amp, its only like 100 watts a channel, but it makes this sub pound, I've been told that people could hear me coming 2 blocks away.

Great Subwoofer for the price

Ive had this subwoofer for almost a year now and havents had a single problem with it yet. delivers good bass for a 300w

I would not Recommend

I bought 2 of these back in july and now it's november and one has already died. I have them hooked up to ma audio 100 watt class d amp. I will say Sonic Electronixs has been more than helpful with me. But that doesn't change the fact that these subs are junk. I would not buy these again!! I don't recommend buying them either!!!

Quality Stuff For a Good Price

I know this isnt the loudest subwoofer on the market but, if you are just starting out or are just looking for that clean bass that you can hear coming down the block, get these. You cant go wrong with them. These sound very good in a sealed box. When i had 2 of these in my car, everyone wanted to ride with me. This is a very musical sub and its a great deal. Make sure you got a decent amp and box and you will be set.

UNSTOPPABLE SUB

I don't own this sub yet, but when I was buying some aftermarket speakers to replace the one's in my car, I saw these. this was at b*** b** and apparently a kid had been back in the sub area because i saw this kind of Rockford Fosgate on display and it had a BUNCH of PEN HOLES in it. it looked like someone attacked it! anyway i turned it on and cranked it up. it sounded perfect. it had a lot of holes in it and performed great it hit hard and clear. this is a really durable sub. i asked a person in that department and they said that Rockford Fosgates are about unstoppable. i only listened to it for a minute but in its condition it performed well. definitely recommend it.

Really, really good

First of all, let me say that I listen to primarily Rock'n'Roll. That being said, this sub is really stout. It delivers terrific punchy bass on everything I listen to and I have also dropped some serious lows on it just to see how it would respond and it put out powerful and sustained low bass notes that vibrated through my entire Ford Explorer. Let me also note that like most other Fosgate items (I use only Fosgate and Alpine speakers) the RMS rating is underated. I am pushing around 225 watts continuous to this beast and it hammers it out with little effort. This price is amazing for what you get!!!

Had 2 of these and blew them with in the first year good starter sub but not for compitions or even braggin bout these are only if u want a lil bit extra bass ovr ur speakers

had these last year and they pound hard with little power. on only 500 watts they were flexing my trunk. the amp was not that good either. i would look at the p3 as an upgrade.

Perfect deep bass

Ok guys first i wanna tell you about two very important things abut the audio system in your car first: i have been used allot of boxes before and i thing the best box for sub like this its Sealed box Why? because other boxes doesn't have that much deep and clear bass in your car if your looking for the best deep bass in your car go and get the Sealed box because other boxes they have more bass in out side and they are so boomy, and second: this type of subwoofer made for inside bass not out side the car and make sure your head unit has the reversible Subwoofer Mode to make the bass nicer and other things smaller box make the bass harder. I have two of these in my trunk in a sealed box and it hits harder than anything ive ever heard especially for the money I got the subs and the box for 200, and I couldn't be happier I actually gotta have my car worked on cause it rattles too much. I can be heard coming down the road rockfords are the way to go

was good til it died

I was really impressed for about 3 months and then it just died. Very disappointed.

great starter sub

I recently had two of these subs installed in the back of my explorer. I had them installed at b*** b**, and the guy didn't tune the amp properly, so I pulled over and tuned it myself, and I was simply blown away by how well the sub worked. This is my first build, but I've listened to other peoples, and My friend has a couple Alpine 12's that he's had for a few years now, and they are a distant second in comparison to these subs.

It is rattling my car so much, I actually thought my subs had blown, but as it turns out it was just the license plate on my back hatch moving around.

I'd recommend using a 1000 watt amp for a few months, and if you're comfortable with it buy an amp with a higher wattage rating, you'll get more out of the subs.

I had 2 of these in a dual ported box and they slammed!!! they were making my interior fall apart. DEFINITELY like these bad boys

I got this sub last week and am powering it with a Jensen power 400- and its bangin! If you don't have much to spend I have to recommend this combo

Not bad at all for the most basic of the Punch Subs!!

If you are under a tight budget for subs, do not look anywhere else! I got one from Sonic to install on my old Cherokee, I sold the Cherokee and was left with a brand new sub an a tired Kicker 2002 12L7 in my daily driver SUV. I decided to let the L7 go and did a remake on the box for the Phase 1. It sits on 2.2 cu-ft and has a ported 4" flared, 12" long port. The sub is in it break-in period but it's already giving signs of good quality bass and a very decent body rattling pound for a single 12". I've heard dozens (literally) of equivalent or higher priced subs and they can't beat this little 12. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone interested in a good sounding all around decent 12". Thanks for the excellent service at Sonic and Rockford for a great product.

These subs are the best i have owned the are sick so loud for such a small rms level but that doesn't mean anything i had em in the back of the suburban and it moved my hair

Great subwoofer for the price

I recently purchased this sub to put in my suv and its great it hits hard and has a great sound its a lot better than my previous sub which was a lightning audio sub. I highly recommend this sub to any one.

It takes a beating!

This is an awesome subwoofer.I have one in a sealed box in my mustang.Really hits the lows and highs .Pounds hard and doesn't need alot of power.

Powerful Sub at Affordable Cost

This sub woofer is plain and simple. It hits all the lows like none of your other car speakers are even capable. It has a good hit if you mount it in a good location and give it plenty of air.

You do not need a whole lot of power to get these things bumping they are a quality product for an excellent price.

Excellent sub, well worth the price

I purchased the older version of this sub with the same statistics. This sub served me well for about a 9 months and preformed great. I will note that the sound is better in a ported box but it hits harder in a sealed box.

Great sound for the price!

These subs are awesome, I couldn't believe that 150RMS each could deliver all this bass, makes my car rattle entirely. Look good and sounds good.

Amazig quality for price

I've got two of these bad boys rockin in my truck, thee so loud and so deep it makes crap music sound good! i love these subs they sound so good and have a sleek design to them.. definitely a really goo buy for the price. u wont be disappointed at all.

clean hits with deep bass

These woofers can scare people if you do it right. I purchased these subs and built a custom sealed enclosure with all the right stuff. They work and they hit really hard. I have them powered to a 150 RMS amp and the two of them hit so hard and make everything sound louder and better. five stars

Bass!!!!!

I am involved in a lot of parking lot sound offs and I beat a lot of 1200 to 2500W systems with way more money in their systems then me I am very pleased with the subs and have had no issues. I just wish they were DVC but I will live with it.

these subs hit LOWS!!!! lower than what ive heard from other subs, and these subs can pound your brains out if you wanted them to. my friend has 2 under the backseat of his truck and they slam!

these subs are crystal clear. My friend has these in a sealed pro box running off a Alpine MRP-M450 and it hits hard for only 400 watts. would definantly buy.
