Bridgeable?

I am looking to buy this amp & hook it up to 2-kicker cvx 2010 model. I wanted to know if this amp would be a good choice for them.

SPL FX1-5500D

THE SPL FX1-5500D IS A VERY POWERFUL AMP IT IS WORTH THE MONEY. IM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS AMP IT PUSHES MY MOFO 15S WITH NO PROBLEM. I LIKED THIS AMP SO MUCH I GOT MY LIL BROTHER TO BUY ONE FOR HIS SPL 15S. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AMP TO EVERYBODY AND ANYBODY

Good for the money

Really good base. Allot of power available. Pretty good Amp for the price, I am very happy with it. It's big so dont plan on putting it under your seat because it probably wont fit.

the best amp i have ever owned the trick is finding subs that it wont blow i started off with 2 12" kicker cvrs one of them now has a 4 inch crack in the face and the other has burned up voice coils and the amp was turned way down now it is hooked up to 2 10" L7s i dominated the last sound competition with a 165 out of a mini cooper

This is one of the best amps I have ever owned. You can't match the power for the price! More bang for your buck!

I have this amp running two Fi BL 18's and its nuts. For the price I couldn't be happier.

Great AMP for PRICE. but not the actual OUTPUT.

This AMP gives out some nice Power for the price. but i had 2 Pioneer Premier 12" subs in and it wouldnt play both.( they run at 1000watts RMS) so i figure this amp only puts out about 1000 to 1500 watts at 1ohm. but for this price your getting a good deal. i will be buying another one of these to run both of my Subs.

This amp is not bad at all. has a lot of power it will not put out 5500 more like 1500 at most. thats a lot of power for the price try one you will like it

Yea i bought the spl fx1-5500d its a great amp it will push any sub but after six months it started blowing fuses

bang for free

i just hooked up this amp to two jl13w3. i did not expect how well it has done. power rating is over rated but i cant imagine finding an amp that will push this hard any cheaper. it also is running at 1 ohm. i have maxed this amp hard and so far no problems don't even get as hot as my infinity which is only running mids and highs. however looks could improve. overall great solid amp.

Worth it.

It pumped my dual 15's for last 6 month, and even in full power when heart try to come out from chest, it stays cool not warm :) I like it quality = money.

I definitely recommend as far as food goes are the best and it sounds so so nice on my car I really recommend it try it
