Great alarm until the box malfunctions!
I had this alarm in my car for awhile and loved it. It has awesome features and was quite simple to install. But after a few months, when my car was in my garage (or anywhere quiet) I could hear the siren going 24/7. Not loud, but just loud enough to hear and be annoying. I called Sonic and yes, it was under warranty. The biggest problem was Sonic told me to call ScyTek but ScyTek told me to call Sonic who again told me to call ScyTek. Apparently nobody wanted to replace it. So I just upgraded it. Good choice! The new alarm is even more feature packed, and all the wire colors are the same so it was a matter of cutting and connecting, much easier than rewiring everything. Yep, I loved the SA-100.

good for cheap
Very nice basic alarm works great, have installed many for customers and have one on my own truck. Good buy for the money.
